This was our second stay in this particular unit with the same owner-so clearly we enjoyed it! Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to the mandatory hurricane evacuations but Carolyn was on top of it and kindly refunded us the same day for the prorated amount of what we were missing from our trip. We will once again stay there! It’s a great property with a very communicative and knowledgeable unit. Highly recommend!

Love this condo and will definitely stay here again.The host was extremely friendly and helpful and easy to contact. It has a great view of the beach and amenities are good as well.

Amazing property and location! We have 3 small children and the proximity to the beach and pool was unbeatable. The view from the wrap around balcony is gorgeous and the condo had everything we need (beach toys, pack-n-play, beach towels, etc.) Having a washing machine and dryer was also super useful. The host was very communicative and left clear directions on how to access the building. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Carolyn!

Highly recommend this property! The beach view is absolutely priceless, and the location is perfect—just minutes from Rosemary Beach, restaurants, and Starbucks. The owner was wonderful with communication, made check-in and check-out easy, and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. We had a fantastic experience!

26W is beautiful. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The balcony is wonderful. It has high top chairs so the view to the ocean is unobstructed. The beds are all very comfortable. The host is VERY responsive. She provided the codes and checkin instructions a week in advance so we knew exactly what to expect. Lastly, she told me if the unit is available early, she would let me know - and she did!

Beautiful unit with plenty of space for our family. The large oceanfront balcony was the perfect place to watch sunsets. The included beach chairs were a big bonus. Location is steps away from Rosemary and all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo on second floor with fantastic sunset views. Close walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful time. The view was absolutely amazing. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee while watching the waves was so peaceful. Sunset on the porch was equally beautiful.The unit is fantastic. The host thought of all the details needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a great meal. The location is also perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and only needed to get in the car a few times.Thanks so much

This host goes above and beyond - it is evident in her conversations with you but also in the care that has been put into making this condo completely ready for your arrival. Everything you can need is there! Everything is top notch. The pictures do not lie. Great view, great host and great place for your vacation

Very well equipped and comfortable condo. The property area includes a tennis and pickleball courts as well as a playground for little ones. Crabby Steve’s is convenient for drinks and eats. We love this place!

This place is awesome. Very clean and you can beat the view or location. Easy walk to everything. Chairs and umbrellas were always ready every morning. Host was very pleasant to work with.

Great location to get away

This is our second time to stay at this location. We love having the beach so close that allows us to relax on the balcony while gazing at the sunset on the water. We will definitely stay again here

Carolyn was easy to reach and provided excellent communication during our stay. The condo is gorgeous and clean, the beach/water views are captivating, beach set-up is fantastic, and the location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. It delivered exactly what we hoped for when booking a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this property for couples, families, or friends.

Wonderful stay!

We'd never been to 30A before and were quite surprised at just how nice this little beach town is ... the condo was beautiful with amazing views and very well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect ... directly across the street from shops, dining, etc. Beach was pristine, weather was perfect. Cannot go wrong booking this property!
