Designer owned unit with high end finishes, comfortably furnished with Restoration Hardware/Pottery Barn furniture. Top of the line Sealy Posturpedic mattresses in all bedrooms. These are the same mattresses that the Fairmont uses. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is a dream!

Located on stunning Seacrest Beach, and bordering Rosemary Beach, High Pointe Resort offers vacationers an upscale, beachfront experience showcasing the white sands and emerald waters of Florida’s scenic highway 30-A. With its location between Rosemary and Alys Beaches, fine restaurants and shopping are but a few minutes walk away.

Our sprawling, gated resort offers vacationers an abundance of amenities reserved exclusively for our guests, including a 6,000-square-foot blue lagoon pool with 6 waterfalls, over-sized pool deck with loungers and umbrellas, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, private beach boardwalk, a children's playground, tennis and dedicated pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, seasonal Gulf-side bar and grill, and much more. High Pointe’s private beachfront access is available only to guests of the resort which provides plenty of room on the beach to spread out and enjoy the sights and sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit (26W) is a second floor, beachfront, 3-bedroom, 3-bath corner unit. Watch the waves roll in as you enjoy your morning coffee from our wrap-around balcony. Sip an afternoon cocktail as you take in the sunset. Our beach home is tastefully furnished with two rooms offering king beds, and a third room offering 2 full beds. All the modern amenities are included: free wi-fi, Smart TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms with access to Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Showtime available on cable – just to name a few.

Highly recommend this property! The beach view is absolutely priceless, and the location is perfect—just minutes from Rosemary Beach, restaurants, and Starbucks. The owner was wonderful with communication, made check-in and check-out easy, and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. We had a fantastic experience!

26W is beautiful. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. The balcony is wonderful. It has high top chairs so the view to the ocean is unobstructed. The beds are all very comfortable. The host is VERY responsive. She provided the codes and checkin instructions a week in advance so we knew exactly what to expect. Lastly, she told me if the unit is available early, she would let me know - and she did!

Beautiful unit with plenty of space for our family. The large oceanfront balcony was the perfect place to watch sunsets. The included beach chairs were a big bonus. Location is steps away from Rosemary and all the shops/restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We have had a wonderful time. The view was absolutely amazing. Sitting on the porch with morning coffee while watching the waves was so peaceful. Sunset on the porch was equally beautiful.The unit is fantastic. The host thought of all the details needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a great meal. The location is also perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and only needed to get in the car a few times.Thanks so much

This host goes above and beyond - it is evident in her conversations with you but also in the care that has been put into making this condo completely ready for your arrival. Very well equipped and comfortable condo. The property area includes a tennis and pickleball courts as well as a playground for little ones. Crabby Steve’s is convenient for drinks and eats. We love this place!

This place is awesome. Very clean and you can beat the view or location. Easy walk to everything. Chairs and umbrellas were always ready every morning. Host was very pleasant to work with.

Carolyn was easy to reach and provided excellent communication during our stay. The condo is gorgeous and clean, the beach/water views are captivating, beach set-up is fantastic, and the location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants. It delivered exactly what we hoped for when booking a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this property for couples, families, or friends.

Great location to get away

This is our second time to stay at this location. We love having the beach so close that allows us to relax on the balcony while gazing at the sunset on the water. We will definitely stay again here

Wonderful stay!

We'd never been to 30A before and were quite surprised at just how nice this little beach town is ... the condo was beautiful with amazing views and very well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect ... directly across the street from shops, dining, etc. Beach was pristine, weather was perfect. Cannot go wrong booking this property!

This lovely beachfront condo was immaculate and just as pictured. We were on a girls' trip and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds super comfy. The view was amazing and our host Carolyn responded almost immediately to any questions. The only suggestion we had was to make sure there are Kleenex boxes in the condo (easy fix) and though the VRBO listing stated free beach chair set up daily, we did not realize that was just for two chairs and one umbrella and we still had to rent another set of chairs and umbrella which was not inexpensive. But overall it was a truly wonderful, relaxing vacation. Just looking at the color of the water was fabulous! Carolyn, keep blessing people with your lovely home and Southern hospitality! I hope we get to come back again soon.
