Enjoy your own space with off-street parking, private entrance featuring an electronic lock, and well-equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, servingware, spices, and complimentary coffee and tea. Spacious and clean

Great space with full kitchen, clean and spacious, in town and near downtown restaurants and retail. Enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Lovely comfortable lower duplex in a quiet neighborhood. There were many thoughtful touches, like a fully stocked kitchen --butter and coffee, even!--that made our stay feel like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again.

Great getaway

This place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was immaculate. Easy to check into and host was prompt to handle any questions. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood but easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again

A Perfect Stay!

We stayed several weeks at Bev and Fred’s place, which was perfect for us! We were in town to attend a wedding, visit family, and enjoy the area. This property is very comfortable, immaculate, and well equipped with a plethora of useful items. It is centrally and conveniently located in town in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are welcoming, really thoughtful, and pleasant. We very much appreciate that this place and our hosts made our long stay possible, easy, and so enjoyable.

Grand Rapids home

I had a wonderful stay in Grand Rapids. I was there for a conference and the home was close to everything. It was clean and had snacks and everything I would have needed if I forgot to bring anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Super place to stay!

Bev and Fred were so nice!! I told her I liked her plant outside and when I left, I found a pot of it by my car. Super comfy and it felt very much like home!! Thank you both!!!

The perfect home away from home

Fred and Bev have a great location and are great property owners. We loved the location and their willingness to help us if we needed anything. We were coming and going and had family visiting that were coming and going and they were very accommodating. We will be staying here again and have already referred to other family visiting Grand Rapids.

Great place to stay, super clean!

We both loved staying in this garden apartment! Sparkling clean and problem free check in. Easy to find in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful, comfortable two bedroom worked so well for us, we’ll definitely keep it in mind for our next trip to the area. It was great to have the fridge for use and coffeepot with provided coffee was an added bonus! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely place, we enjoyed it!

Clean and homey

Was super impressed with how clean everything was. The location was great for the things that we needed to do in the Grand Rapids area. Would definitely like to stay there again if in the area. Sad that we didn't get a chance to meet the hosts and thank them personally. Maybe next time. 😉 them personally. Maybe next time.

Perfect!

This VRBO is immaculately clean, with great beds and linens. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals. Nice welcoming touch of fresh chocolate chip cookies, welcome basket, and coffee. Owners respond within minutes to any questions. Off street parking was great as we got a 5 inch snowfall one night--would have had to move car several times for snowplows. We will stay again if in the area. Thanks Bev and Fred!

Lovely in every way

The hosts went above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience and thought of everything we could have asked for. It was a very clean and organized space. It is in a perfect location close to town but on a quiet street where evening walks were a pleasure.

The Best Deal in Grand Rapids!

We enjoyed our two day stay here a lot! It is centrally located in Grand Rapids with easy access to the surrounding area. This downstairs unit is bright and airy with lots of light coming through the windows. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts, Fred and Bev, who live in the upstairs unit, were very welcoming and made themselves readily available if we had any needs. They "go the extra mile" with a number of guest-friendly things that added to our stay--a welcome note, some really great snacks, Starbucks coffee, lots of nice soft towels, and device charging stations in all the rooms. Several times we found ourselves saying, "Why stay in a hotel when you can stay HERE?"

What a comfortable place with superb hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this property while on a three day fishing trip. Everything that was needed was readily available. Bev and Fred were very accommodating hosts and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Highly recommended for a small group. They thought of everything - even a great spot to park our boat in the driveway.

Used this property as we were visiting and working on a house belonging to our mother. Convenient location in Grand Rapids, easy access, and wonderful owners. Everything we needed was provided plus some extras.

Wonderful stay!!

I will definitely be back! It was so good to stay in a clean and homey place over Christmas while visiting family. The location is perfect - nice quiet residential area near a large grocery store and so close to downtown! Also near beautiful lakes. The rooms were warm and comfy and everything was provided - linens, extra pillows and blankets, laundry needs, etc. My family and I used the well-stocked kitchen for some cooking and of course coffee every morning. I just can’t say enough good things about it! And this my first time ever using a vacation home and booking through VRBO. So happy I did!

Great place in a great location

The home was very clean and well furnished with all the essentials needed for a week long stay! Bev was very friendly and accommodating when I had a small change in the dates. I will definitely consider this location again for future visits!
