Excellent remodel with all the amenities. Great location with easy access to King St. There is currently construction across the street but was not a problem for our group.

It was a charming property, very peaceful courtyard. Rooms are clean and they supplied everything you might need. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, very clean, and comfortable. The only issue I wish we knew about ahead of time was the massive construction going on across the street, it shook the house and the work crews were working early morning and nights, sometimes through the night.

Place was perfect. Lots of space, nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, towels & sheets nice quality, great layout, good location for us. We will definitely return.

The property was amazing. Clean and modern, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or to come together as a group and hang out. The location is great too. Close enough to the action that it's very walkable to get to but far enough out that you can still have a quiet evening outside. As others have stated, yes, there is construction near by but once you're here, you're going to realize there's construction everywhere. They don't start too early and finish at a reasonable time. Unless you're hyper focused on it, it just slips into the background noise of the city. If I had to go out of my way to list any negatives, it does take a while for the hot water to get to the faucets. The parking space is also a little tight if you have a larger vehicle but it's also covered, so, good with the bad.We had a great stay and would 100% stay again!

The host was amazing. Due to a snowstorm in Dallas, we had to reschedule flights and extend our stay two extra days. The process was prompt and seamless—and a lifesaver. Thank you! This is also our new favorite neighborhood in Charleston.

Great family get away

We loved the home - it was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and had everything we could want to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect - a great little neighborhood, which wasn’t too busy or noisy and only a few minutes away from the downtown area.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Charleston. This location is on a quiet street in a courtyard in very close walking distance to King Street with many bars and restaurants. House was clean beautifully designed, and we loved the porch and rocking chairs.The host was transparent in letting us know that that a large construction project was going on across the street. We were mostly there on the weekend so it didn’t bother us, but it was quite loud on Monday. I would just plan ahead while the construction is still going on and be busy during the weekdays the construction noise was about 7:45 AM through 4:30 PM.

Great family getaway spot

Great house with well-equipped kitchen in terms of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Convenient to everything in Old Charleston. A larger dishwasher would have been helpful to avoid doing dishes daily.

This unit had the ambience of Charleston- just what we were looking for. Plenty of room for everyone and so clean. Concierge was very helpful. Enjoyed it very much.
