This charming 100 year old house has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and is 2 blocks from Main Street and 2 blocks from Cazenovia Lake. It has a front and back staircase with all the original wood work and original refinished wood floors. There is a front and back porch to enjoy for a nice cup of morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. This house can sleep up to 8 comfortably. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time with your family in both the living room and the back den. This house offers cable and internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, and all linens and towels are provided.

The house was great and there was plenty of room for us. Parking with multiple cars is a bit of a challenge with no street parking allowed. Overall it was great

The home was charming, clean, had helpful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and access was simple and clear. Communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay!
Dining area. Door open on left leads to a full bathroom that appears to be more recently renovated.
Front foyer, adjoins the living room.
Spacious front living room with comfortable furniture and television- adjoins the foyer and the dining area. There is also a back sitting room with television and fireplace not photographed.
Front stairs.note the front stairs lead to second floor section that has three bedrooms and full bathroom. Also leads to a sitting room with futon and computer , and then to a back bedroom. There is also a back staircase.

Robin was quick to respond to my questions, and also checked in once we arrived, which I appreciated. The house was perfect (my 4 year old is still asking when we're going back) and it was stocked with many necessary items in the event that a guest may forget something. It made our stay excellent!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for five of us. Walking distance to town. Very convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Owners were very helpful and available. The house is very charming.

Wonderful stay in Cazenovia

Even though we were in Cazenovia for a funeral, having this home so family could be together was a Godsend. Robin was wonderful and the home was perfect. Central to everything and easy walking distance to all. Would live to stay here again for a vacation or family celebration.

Super location to walk everywhere. Nice size house. We loved sitting on the front porch in the sun each day! It is our 2nd stay at this property this year!

Wonderful weekend in Caz

We rented Robin and Matt's place to house part of the bridal party for our wedding at Windridge Estate and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! The house is clean and spacious and the location is perfect.

Very Happy Family Weekend

Had a great weekend meeting up with my siblings and their families and getting to stay together in this cozy house. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is so well stocked (towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies—even pizza stones!) we didn’t wish for anything. The neighborhood was great, had a nice walk around Caz. The hosts were great, responded quickly to inquiries and checked in making it easy to ask any small questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

Needed a place for out-of-state family members, here for a funeral. The house was perfect for relaxing together, and it was great to be able to walk to cute restaurants and the lake. Lots of room to spread out.

The house was exactly as described. Very spacious and plenty of room to spread out. The walk to the lake was so easy and short we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just purchased this house in March. We live in Raleigh, NC with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. We are very excited to be able to come back to my hometown during certain times of the year. I grew up in Cazenovia and have many family and friends still there. We feel very lucky to own this house and be able to bring our family back to my hometown and enjoy the holidays and the summer in upstate NY.

Growing up in Cazenovia, I lived outside the village. My grandparents lived in the village and I loved being there and being able to walk in to town and to all of my friends houses. I also always dreamed of owning an older, more historic house.
