Enjoy your stay at our beautiful Tuscan style home complete with all new furnishings and the comforts of home.

Our home is located in Sonoma Ranch, a friendly community with golfing, bike paths and trails. Centrally located, we are minutes from the Mesilla Valley Mall, Med Centers, NMSU and New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum. The house itself comes completely furnished with:

The home is tastefully decorated in traditional southwest style and comes with everything you need to feel at home.

Amazing home away from home

This property had my family feeling at home. Fully furnished from the outdoor grill to the bathrooms and kitchen stocked with just about anything you need. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we are visiting.

One of the best in Las Cruces!

Big, beautiful, functional, well maintained, great backyard, wonderful neighborhood and even nice neighbors! If anyone is going to Las Cruces, this a house to be looked at! It was perfect for our group for size and location. We all recommend staying here!

True home away from Home

A beautiful home away from home. A staycation was needed. I searched all over town and this home was exactly what I needed. I was able to relax without worry. I highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Family Get Away

Beautiful home with fantastic views!! Kitchen well stocked with staples, dishes and cookware. Beds were so comfy; linens were high grade. Loved the master bath! Exceptional space with cute artwork throughout this spacious home. Julia was a wonderful hostess and available for our every need. Thank you, Julia, for the lovely bottle of wine and snacks at check in. Would we stay again? YES!!

Wonderful stay in lovely Las Cruces!

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this expansive home. Its spacious living room and bedrooms and well-appointed kitchen made staying 'home' a true pleasure. The office made a perfect quiet place for sewing. The neighborhood was also quiet and just a short drive to shopping for groceries and exploring the many museums and parks of Las Cruces -- with one lovely community park just a few blocks away for our daily walk. We did have friends visit for 3 of the 6 weeks we stayed here; having three bathrooms gave them privacy and the beds were quite comfortable. My favorite sight was sunrise and sunset of the Organ Mountains, viewed from the dining room. Truly, we're looking forward to returning one day. Julia was an exceptional host!

A True Family Home away from home

We stayed at this property while in town for my brother's wedding. My mom was undergoing radiation treatment for breast cancer and I needed a house in the neighborhood where I could walk back and forth. One of my nephews and his family stayed with Grandma and my family, my cousin and my other 2 nephews stayed at Julia's home. It came with everything, hair dryer yes, wine, chips and salsa yes, room to sit and chat, or play cards or watch a movie you bet. It had flour for baking and spices for cooking. It was really set up like your own home. We always stay at VRBO homes for week long visits and although we were only there for 3 days this time, we would book it again for our next family reunion. It was quite large, had enough bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of linen, towels, detergent, soap, lotion, etc... Stay here when you are in Las Cruces next!

Best vacation home rental and personable owners!

I don’t think I could summarize just how great this vacation rental is and how amazing the owners had been... but I will try - we had a multi-purpose travel plan, married in Santa Fe earlier in the trip, honeymoon turned family vacation, with extended family members. This house was comfortable for all, including my 85 year old grandpa who always stayed in Deming during our travels to New Mexico, and decided to stay in the house with us. The ranch home and walk in showers are perfect for those with limited mobility. This house comfortably slept 7 adults and 1 child. Plenty of space for enjoyment. It is one of the best stocked and cleanest homes I have ever stayed in with a vacation rental. I have always taken stock to see what would be needed on the shopping list upon arrival and all we needed to get was just our food/drinks for our stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels, bed linens, blankets, etc... The home decor was very appealing to mine and my husbands taste, this home is tastefully decorated with very nice and comfortable furniture throughout. The ping pong table is a nice touch in addition to the media room for the teenagers. Community location is a great central location to get to many things the state has to offer. Nice golf course community with easy access to shopping, dining, and highways for day trips and exploring. I know my daughter will forever and always remember this trip where she was able to stay under one roof with her grandma, cousin, great aunt, and great grandparents; that in itself is absolutely priceless! Being able to enjoy our time away from reality and create precious memories with family means the world to me, knowing just how precious time can be with those we love the most. It was difficult to have to leave and return to everyday life. Julia was amazing throughout with my many questions leading up to our stay. She was understanding with my uncertainty of total guest as I knew I would not know for sure about grandparents (grandpa) deciding to stay or not until they got there and was able to experience its comfort and convenience. She was very personable and we even arrived to a wonderful surprise with a personalized congrats card as newly weds. That was truly above and beyond any treatment I have yet to experience in all of my travels. Thank you Julia - you really helped make our trip even more memorable and your home is absolutely stunning. When we return to the area we will be looking to book again!

Awesome stay at an awesome place in the desert

What a wonderful property to stay at! It's in a great location with easy access to hikes, shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. You couldn't ask for a better host, either. Julia checked in to make sure everything was going ok and promptly answered any questions that we had. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Prefect home for a wedding

First impression was prefect. Walked into a large clean spacious open concept living/ kitchen area. Plenty of seating and nicely decorated. Master suite is oversized to include the closet and bathroom. The bridesmaids used the master suite to get ready for the wedding and nobody felt crowded. Beds were comfortable as were the couches and chairs. Would stay in this home again.

Stayed 8 days!

The large open area of the kitchen to living space is perfect for feeding people and having space to sit and visit. We really enjoyed our time together in Las Cruces and this house helped make things possible. The location is close to shopping and services. We needed to go to the University and the Convention Center and found travel easy from our location. Thanks for keeping this property available!

Gorgeous home

This was the most equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. We have used VRBO on several occasions. In Hawaii and Mexico also. It was in a great location. Very spacious. The little surprise they left was very appreciated. The goodies were yummy. All the little extra's that were available to use were so convenient.

Love my family!

We had a memorial for my sister who died in July. We had family attend from Albuquerque, Hot Springs AR, Buffalo NY, Marlow OK and Phoenix AZ. We enjoyed spending time together and had everyone for breakfast one morning. The property was spacious and allowed us to visit comfortably. The mattresses are wonderful. And the kitchen is large and well equipped. I highly recommend!

Amazing!

Our family was blow away by this beautiful house. It exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Las Cruces even better. Our family consisted of 9 people. This house accommodated us perfectly, everyone had plenty of space. This house also came better equipped than most, kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would want or need. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, etc. We loved our stay.

We stayed a week!

Our group traveled 1800 miles to Las Cruces to stay for a week. We could not have been as comfortable and as well positioned in the city without this great property! The kitchen is well stocked with utensil, pots, pans, etc., and appointed with the island and bar. If you have several people and want to cook and relax, this worked for us.

Family Reunion

We gathered family from four states for the first gathering since the beginning of the pandemic, and this home was perfect to accommodate 7 people more than would fit at our nearby home. The home was comfortable and well appointed and everyone had a splendid visit. Highly recommend.

Communication with the property owner was excellent! The home was spacious and roomy. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is quiet and well kept up. We really enjoyed our visit!
