Comfortable and convenient

The condo was very clean and comfortable as well as very convenient to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Nice view off the balcony too.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location. The condo is beautiful. Easy check in and out. The owner was great and easily accessible. Will definitely be back soon.

Great host

We had the best time staying here! It’s located across the street from the ocean, but you can still enjoy the view from the patio. The host was awesome!

Great beach access and great location

We really liked the location and parking was super convenient. Close to everything you need. Beach was beautiful with easy access. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. We walked to the pier to watch the sunset.

Nice beach getaway

The condo was nice and just as advertised. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing the owner didn't handle right away. I would stay here again!

Nice and Easy

Enjoyed our short stay. Lots to do. The gyn coiuld use an upgrade, but otherwise as advertised.

Excellent Beach Stay

This condo was everything the owners said it would be and more. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with by phone or text and checkin was a breeze. Very close to activities and restaurants. This condo was perfect for our family vacation/baseball trip!

Great condo!

We enjoyed your condo. The beds were very comfortable and the living area cozy. The nook in the middle was a sweet place for a nap or place to read quietly. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the bar area.

Great condo, fabulous views!

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of five! It was stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen supplies! Communication with the owner was wonderful for check in and check out and other questions! Highly recommend and will look for availability here when we return to PCB!!

Awesome condo

We really enjoyed our stay, this condo was everything, and had everything that you needed, Home away from home. Dawn was Great! She kelp me informed to ensure we had a pleasant stay and smooth check-in. We will most definitely stay again! 10/10

No water pressure what so ever had to wait 20 min for water to build back up between people, elevators sucked! Kinda had a smell to the room, beds were comfortable besides the twin bed was hard as a rock. Couldn’t flush toilets every time you used it because water was constantly running.

I am sorry you had issues with the water. From what I understand there was a pressure issue in the entire building main break. Water pressure is good normally. Flushing the toilet must have again been due to the water issue. As far as the smell not sure what issue that was. I was personally in the condo before you had arrived. It is humid in Florida during the summers so if the dehumidifiers empty and the front running it will get musty. My current guest haven't not had this issue. Again sorry for the water pressure issue completely out of our hands. It has been repaired.

As advertised, the property was a clean, well-equipped condo a short walk to pools and the beach. The host was very easy to work with and even offered ideas on excursions. We found the beds very comfortable, and there was no shortage of towels for bath or beach. Overall, the condo was very nice, with a spectacular view of the ocean. The check-in process wasn't smooth. It involved dealing with an office staffer for the entire development who insisted that we had to call up a link from the various messages with our host and said that because she had no contact with our host, she couldn't provide any technical help. Meanwhile, there was a steady stream of other guests arriving at the development who were confused about how to register. Those who haven't visited Panama City Beach before also should know that at peak travel times, the traffic in the area can be formidable. It can take 20 minutes or more to go three miles on the beach road. And some of the better restaurants aren't easily walkable.

Our host was amazing and very attentive. We travel often and this rental was by far the best experience we’ve had! I’d highly recommend.

Great condo

Great condo, good location and great communication with owners. Everything you could need including beach chairs and towels… We were very comfortable here. Parking garage a little frustrating but nothing to be deterred by. Bring all your own condiments!

We had a blast. Condo was amazing. Great views. Pools and hitting were awesome. 10/10 recommend. Jada couple minor issues at checked but Dawn handled it it quickly

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved our stay here. Condo was as good or better than expected. The pics on here don’t do it justice. Beautiful home away from home. Dawn was great with the check in process and communicating before our arrival. Would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to come back again.
