The elevators were super fast and almost always available!! The check-in process was not clearly explained in my opinion. I had to ask another guest where to get the armbands. Luggage carts were a popular item and were not always available or located in the designated area.The sand on the beach was very soft and a little difficult and slow to navigate, if you did not have good body strength.

Overall it was a nice place. The condo had chairs that were stained and other small things but not the end of the world. The place is nice and the guy running the beach chairs was super cool.

We had a wonderful time views were spectacular!!! Would benefit from a few minor things updated and washing machine had some mildew, but overall a wonderful experience!

Great view of beach and plenty of balcony furniture. Condo was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with kitchenware and accessories. Parking was easy and the elevators were working well during our stay. Condo was a great value and would recommend to others.

Room was very clean and provided everything we needed, The balcony is large and we enjoyed our morning and evening sunrise and sunsets on it. I would recommend this location and unit to anyone. The beach service attendants were absolutely phenomental as well!!!!

Condo was awesome. Daughter left wallet. It was mailed for an additional 35 which I thought was too much to mail something. I also paid for shipping in addition. Idk why is cost so much to mail. Overall everything was nice. We did leave a brand new nice float for future guests. And a nice new beach chair.

While the postage cost is separate, the additional fee covers the time required for our cleaning team to inventory, package, coordinate, and transport left-behind items for mailing. As a vacation rental, this takes them away from their scheduled turnovers and guest preparations. We appreciate you leaving the beach float and chair for future guests to enjoy. It sounds like the condo itself met your expectations, and we’re grateful you chose to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Biggest impression for my wife and I was how clean the room, building, landscape, and garage was. We constantly seen workers cleaning in every corner of the property. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking payment system which is totally ridiculous and never ending wanting all kinds of information. Other than that it was a perfect process and very enjoyable condo.

Nice condo and great location. We loved spending time on the balcony and enjoyed the view. Parking accommodated our large truck and it had everything we needed.

This unit has a huge balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. We appreciated how well stocked this unit was. I enjoyed the puzzles that were there and did 3 of them during our stay. We did have some neighbors playing very loud music past 10pm. I called security and they got on it immediately and took care of it. If you want to stay in central Panama City I highly recommend this unit.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and amenities. The elevators are very slow, this was the only downside . The balcony was amazing!

Amazing Balcony

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The balcony is very spacious and was our favorite place to relax after a long day at the beach and pool.

Excellent location, very clean

We loved relaxing at this condo. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier. A short drive for dinners or groceries. Our favorite spot was the comfy patio, loved having coffee in the early morning with gorgeous views.

Had an amazing week staying in this condo. I felt like home and I slept amazing in the King size bed it was so comfy. Had literally everything you need besides beach chairs so bring your own unless you want to spend 50 a day on rental ones :) also the balcony is BEAUTIFUL i don't think we have ever been to one like that we fell in love with it!! Will come back and stay if its available next time we come to visit!
