We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting everything to be ready, only to find that you were required to pay an additional $200 for parking and wristbands. We apologize that our communication did not make these costs and requirements clear ahead of your arrival. We never want our guests to feel caught off guard by unexpected expenses.
