Sunrise Beach Resort condominium, a luxury beach front resort. Features incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in the most desirable west end.

This unit is has 2 bedrooms with large master with ocean view. Condo includes beach chair service. White sand beaches enjoy the many resort amenities or just relax in your luxury condo - Sunrise Beach has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
Resort features:
• 2 huge pools both with incredible views of the Gulf
• Play fountain for the children
• 2 Jacuzzis
• Fitness center with cardio and weight equipment
• Game room
• Shower facilities by pools and beachside
• Beautiful clubhouse available for rent for weddings and parties
• Close to great restaurants, shopping, and attraction
Our spectacular professionally decorated unit #2005 features breakfast bar, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, fully furnished kitchen, spacious balcony, gulf-front Living area and Master bedroom.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with Smart TV and Blueray player. Master bathroom with soaker tub and separate glass shower.
The bunk room with queen size bunk and twin upper bunk can sleep three people and is close to second bathroom. This room also has LCD TV with DVD player.
This unit is directly on the beach!! and You will enjoy FREE BEACH SERVICES ($320 value).
Extremely clean and well maintained.
Parking is in the garage under the building. The parking fee of $40 per vehicle is not included in the price and the guest is responsible for paying the fee for each vehicle. There are two outdoor swimming pools and the bigger one is heated year-round. The children will enjoy the splash mushroom and fountains on the pool deck. If you like to exercise, you will love the fitness room
Panama City Beach has lots of good restaurants and Sunrise Beach is only a mile from the new Pier Park with shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and more.

We were blown away with how clean and well taken care of the condo was. Everything was great, communication with the host was smooth and fast responding. The view from the balcony was top tier. We’ll be back :) thank yall so much!

The view was beautiful love the patio. The cleaning good be so much better don’t get me wrong wasn’t dirty but underneath the bed couch and dresser so dusty and food in the kitchen drawer just needs a good deep clean

First time at the sunrise rise condo. Host was very fast responding to any questions that arose during the week. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of pots and pans and had two kinds of coffee pots as well. We loved the Balcony and had a great view of the ocean. Seen dolphins, a Big manatee, lots of stingrays and schools of fish. Only negative thing I would say is the cleaner needs to do her job a little better. There was mold all in the master shower, shower head, shower door. We actually swept the floors before even going out to the beach the first day we got there bc it was so sandy and we got a dust pan full of sand. The latch on the balcony door broke and the host got someone right away to come out and look at it. Overall a very nice condo room and so convenient that beach chairs come with rental price. Would definitely rent again. Thanks again for allowing us to stay, had a great week..

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, the condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean and everything I needed was there. I loved the balcony furniture and the huge bathtub that was a plus! This unit was right off the elevator so very easy process of getting to and from the room . Easy access to the beach and pool we will be back for sure!

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise! The location is wonderful, beach service is a huge plus! The condo was great, very clean and plenty of room for a family of four. We loved the big balcony with comfy chairs. We will definitely be staying again!

Great view and location

This is a nicely sized condo right on the beach with excellent views up and down the shoreline. We found it to be well supplied with dishes, cookware, utensils, linens, etc and very well cleaned. The master bed and bath were lovely and comfortable. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, including Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again

We have stayed at the same condominium for a couple of years now in PCB. Decided to change it up this year absolutely loved the condo everything needed was there, location was great as well, check-in was wonderful just go to your condo had already been emailed code and all info! We will definitely be back to stay!!!

Great view and location

Location was perfect for us we like walking to restaurants and stores so it was great for that Overall condo and Room get a 4.9 out of 5. Master bed was super comfortable

Nice Condo overlooking the ocean

Loved our stay!!

We had an amazing time on our vacation and we were so glad we booked this property! The place was very clean and well organized! The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The master bed was very comfortable! Our kiddos loved everything about our stay as well! The pool and hot tub area was very nice as well. We loved that the bigger pool was heated since it was a little chilly when we stayed there. We will definitely be looking into booking here again in the future!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. All of the furniture, bedding, flooring and kitchen looked new. We loved the view and the balcony furniture as well, just gorgeous! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We are happy you enjoyed our condo. We do take great pride in our unit. We recently removed all of the carpeting from all the bedrooms and installed new flooring which makes the condo look even more luxurious.

Nice condo that has a very convenient access to the beach. A faster wireless internet connection would have been nice.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed our condo and hope to see you come back. The internet is provided by the building and not individual condo owners. I brought the internet speed issue to the management and the internet speed issue was corrected. We also tested the internet speed and it was 4 MGPS on each occasion.
