Welcome to our Mountain Villa #542L - Approximately 100 yards from the Boyneland chairlift, this 2 Bedroom/ 2 full bathroom Mountain Villa is the perfect landing spot after a long day on the slopes. This newly renovated condo provides great access to the heart of Boyne Mountain's Village including Avalanche Bay and all of the restaurants and Mountain activities.
An updated kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove as well as new granite countertops. This beautiful condo has 2 queen beds and two full beds for your stay. This air-conditioned unit is across the parking lot from the laundry facilities and seasonal pool within the gated Mountain Villa community.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Check in was super easy. Place was clean but a little outdated. Perfect for myself and 3 kids though. Great location right next to waterpark. Had a great time.

Kids Weekend Ski Trip

The family had a wonderful time skiing and enjoying kids weekend at Boyne!Pros:Location is nice in that it’s a short walk to both the ski lifts and waterpark/lodge.Bedrooms are large with plenty of roomProperty managers are very responsiveness (quick and friendly). Cons:Couldn’t get the living room TV to work at all, even after numerous attempts, texting the property manager, and resetting WiFi more than onceThere is not really any room to set skis and ski boots. In some of the other places they have had a ski equipment areaOverall we would stay here again.

Skiing with the kids and their friends

Took my two sons and their two friends in our annual ski trip. Best condo ever. Everyone had a bed. Was awesome to come back for lunch and dinner. Amazing location. Will be back. Just don’t try to book it on our weekend. We call dibs

Nice place

Place was exactly like it was listed and was nice. They had a K-cup and regular coffee maker which was nice and the bathrooms were nicely done. We enjoyed our stay and we've stayed at quite a few of the nearby condos, we'd stay at this one again.

Great Location, Great Stay

First time in Michigan. Great weather and the location was perfect. Many things to do and enjoy at Boyne Mountain with many other areas to explore within a short drive. The mountain villa we stayed in was a great fit for our family of five. Everything was as advertised as it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Skiing Weekend

Property was clean and check-in process was very simple. Great location near the slopes (although the weather did not cooperate this weekend). We had 9 adults and everyone was able to sleep and relax comfortably. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect getaway!

A perfect unit for a trip with my 94 year old dad. He has mobility issues but is sharp as a tack. This unit was perfect. The Beautifully decorated first unit provided lots of comfortable space. We were able to park right at the door. When we arrived, the wifi was down. I unsuccessfully tried to reset it. I sent a text to the property manager who had it fixed within the hour. Great response. We would love to rent this unit again!

A very nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed like it had everything one would need to cook a good meal. The internet wasn't working; the owner was responsive and replaced the modem the next morning. There's not much to the outdoor space--it's a big parking lot--but that didn't matter to us as drive through the surrounding area as we were coming and going to Petoskey was absolutely beautiful.

Overall good, though room for growth

We had a good stay overall, though there were some issues that impacted our experience. Everything was fine enough for just a quick weekend away, where we were skiing for the majority of the time anyway. Positives: -We were easily able to add another night to our stay after the kids had a snow day. The property manager was prompt with communications. - The unit was very clean and ready for us. Extra blankets/linens were helpful. - Great location...just a short walk to the bunny hill and a lift. Also close to the center of resort (e.g., food, lift tickets, pool etc.). - Large bedrooms with external doors to load/unload. Areas for Opportunities: - There was relatively no counter space, which made cooking a challenge. The silverware/cookware where located on the other side of the room. I understand why it had to be this way, but it was a challenge to get around the large dining table and the fireplace ledge without getting a new bruise. - Lots of random temperature changes....one room is overwhelmingly hot while another is chilly (without touching the thermostat). - There is no ski locker or "mud room" area to get dressed/undressed. You aren't supposed to walk on the floor with your ski boots, but there is no good place to get everyone ready. A tile entrance might help with this. It would be helpful to note in the description that there is no ski locker too.
