Tidewater Beach Resort 2104 is 100% Gulf Front and the largest one bedroom floor plan at Tidewater. Our unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons (4 adults max). Enjoy our home with boardwalk tile pattern flooring to keep the sand off, stainless steel appliances, bunk beds for kids, living room with sitting area to relax and enjoy the view, kitchen and dining area to fit 6 comfortably. Tidewater is a full-service resort that is only 1/2 mile from Pier Park, the #1 attraction in PCB!

We will only rent this unit to guests agreeing to treat our home as their own.

Upon arrival guests will be required to pay a one time $39.59 registration fee (per party NOT per guest), this fee will include wristbands for all guests and parking passes for your stay (this is typical for most PCB resorts). We encourage primary guest to pre register to save $10.00 @ tidewaterhoa.com/registration

You will receive personalized service and we will be available 24/7 if you have any issues at all. Our Ring Doorbell Camera also provides Security and assistance if you have any issues with entry.
Before your arrival, you will receive information from us reminding you to bring your welcome letter and rental agreement for the condo, resort and PCB.

Beautiful

After a brief hiccup with the app to unlock the door (most likely, user error) the rest of the stay was perfect. Location was fantastic and the views, breathtaking.

Great Time

We enjoyed our experience. The condo and resort was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The property owners were so friendly and were constantly in touch with us and available for any questions or concerns. We hope to return in the future.

First family vacation

Very nice stay

Loved the place, very comfortable and clean. I was easily able to contact the owner with questions and she texted me right back fast. Beach chairs and such were provided, which was very cool. All utilities worked just fine. The beach was beautiful and perfect. The view from the room was amazing. I won't even mention the elevator situation....cuz you can just read all that in another review. That really has nothing to do with the condo itself anyway. I would definitely stay again. We had a great time.

A Get Away

After several years of being at PCB, it was a fantastic place with a wonderful view of the beach from the room. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. It has all the needed supplies and I particularly loved the Pioneer Skillet! We appreciated the owners and their helpfulness during our stay. We look forward to coming back again. Yes, the elevators are slow, but due to the number of people at the resort it is totally expected.

Clean and comfortable condo

The condo was in great condition, comfortable and clean. The beach was clean and looked good. The elevators for the building can take a very long time.

Perfect Place For Our Family

The condo was clean, very cute, and it had everything we needed in our home away from home. The view & beach were amazing. The owners were very kind, helpful, and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (they even got us into the condo earlier than expected!). Highly recommend this unit!

Great experience

We had a wonderful week stay! The owners were kind and helpful with questions. The unit was furnished with everything you would need. It was perfect for my family three. Plus the price was so affordable. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Stressful Stay

Property was great except for the constant smell of weed. Went to Florida to get married on the beach. Someone stole our beach chairs that were with the condo. We thought we’d do the right thing and notify Laura and tell her that we’d replace them instead of doing nothing. She proceeded to lecture us. Accidents happen. She told us to go to Walmart and buy chairs which we went to 2 of them. We spent $90 all together on the chairs. On our last night there she kept harassing us wanting pictures and receipts which I told her we’d sent pics as soon as we got back to the condo. Everyone that stayed at Tidewater in our party had 2 chairs and an umbrella furnished for them by the other owners but not us. One of the chairs that was stolen was all stained and nasty from previous guests. She texts us the morning as we were leaving to take the chairs back to Walmart we bought and she was going to charge us out of our deposit so we spent $90 for nothing. She made our last night stressful and un enjoyable. Would rather sleep on the beach then stay in their condo.

Great Stay

Good time with family

We had a good time with family while visiting. Everything was good in the unit except the garbage disposal didn’t work. However, the owners were extremely easy to get in touch with and were very helpful. The only downside to the property itself are the elevators….the wait time was outrage. There are three elevators near this unit and it still took on average 15 mins to get an elevator. Even when you get an elevator you most times had to ride it up for before you could go down because you didn’t want to miss a chance in getting on one that wasn’t completely full.

Wonderful Place

Laura was so nice to work with. She made sure everything was perfect. The location was great, easy to walk to many places close to the condo. The view was so beautiful. I highly recommend renting this place.

Perfect location and beautiful property

The owners of the property were very responsive and thorough with all facets of the rental process. Unit was clean and spacious. Amazing views of the beach along with direct access. Would rent again.

We are Hernando and Laura Gonzalez. We live in Jersey full time near our friends and family. Hernando has two adult daughters and has retired from Law Enforcement in 2015 after 26 years of serving the community. I work in Managed Services and I love it! We love to take cruises on our vacation time and visit relaxing locations. We love spending time with our families as we believe family is the most important priority in our life.

Our Condo on the water has the best views from the 21st floor. While watching the sunrise, we plan out our activities for the day while enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony. When we're there we like to watch the sunset while relaxing with a glass of wine enjoying the breathtaking view.
One of our dreams in life was to own a property on the beach to enjoy through out the year, to get out of the cold and one day become our retire home. We are so blessed that one of our dreams has come true.
