Welcome to Celadon Beach Resort 1007! This Gulf-front luxury condominium on the west end of Panama City Beach offers stunning white sandy beaches, breathtaking sunsets, and the soothing sound of waves in the beautiful emerald green water. Positioned just 2 miles west of Pier Park, it provides the perfect family destination, voted as having some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Your ultimate beach condo vacation experience awaits!*SNOWBIRDS & TRAVEL NURSES WELCOME*

Enjoy the pristine, white sandy beaches, free beach service, resort amenities and luxurious accommodations. This beautiful unit sleeps 4, with one bedroom plus bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sleeper in the living room. This unit also has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with shower/ tub combination.

Celadon Beach is a non-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. You will love your view from the 10th. floor balcony!

Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated, indoor and outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a tennis/pickleball court, exercising room, charcoal grills and covered parking garage. Security cameras in common areas in elevators.

We had a fantastic time here. The condo was even nicer than described- very comfortable, clean and organized and well-stocked. The views from the balcony were incredible and our beach experience went smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to return.

Loved the property and location was awesome. We had a small problem communicating with the host, but Overall we were satisfied. The area is mostly family oriented and not a bunch of loud partiers and we liked that. I would recommend bringing your own chairs and umbrellas bc any hint of rain they take them down. Loved the unit and lots of good restaurants nearby and traffic wasn’t bad at all which was a nice surprise

50th Anniversary

It was very beautiful. I liked the blue color. And to see the ocean from the balcony was great. It was quiet and relaxing.

This was our second time staying at the Celadon, first time in this unit. It was a great unit - clean, super comfortable. The view is wonderful, the beach is perfect. I would stay here again if the Celadon would put some serious work into their elevator situation.The elevators are a hot mess, and I of course do not blame the owners of this unit for that problem. Every time (every day, at various hours of the day) we tried to get on the elevator, one (of the two) would be broken/malfunctioning. Every floor would have multiple families waiting 10-20 min to hitch a ride on the elevator. Sometimes it would just pass our floor for seemingly no reason. A condominium with 20 floors should have more than 2 elevators, but if not - to constantly have only one working elevator is an extreme safety concern. We actually had this SAME issue back in 2021 at the Celadon - and we have spent our summers elsewhere in the Gulf to avoid the headache. We tried again thinking surely the elevators won’t be a problem. It was worse, considering we now have 3 children and more beach gear. All that to say, Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in their wonderful unit. I just wish the elevators weren’t such a headache for families.

Nice condo

Property was okay, condo was nice, only problem was a huge black stain surrounding ceiling vent in master. Contacted the Rep who was willing to come spray over the stain. Other than that everything was fine.
