This was the perfect space my me, my mom and my two small kids! It’s our 3rd time staying at Oceanside villas (different unit each time) and we’ve never been disappointed! The location couldn’t be better, the pool is perfect for when the kids get tired of the sandy beach and our unit was very clean and just what we needed.

Great property! We were down for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park and wanted to stay near the beach! This was such a great choice! Easy beach access, clean property, extremely easy check in! We would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was some what remodeled...got a nice new looking kitchen..the rest of the unit was okey condition but definitely should be better especially for the price you pay...the couches have some type of smell to them and they are worn down..the little rugs that are placed around the house are dirty and need power washed. The beds them self are in good condition and comfortable.......keep in mind that this unit does not have washer or dryer.

While the unit does not have a private washer and dryer, guests do have access to the communal laundry facility located across the street at the Sea Cabins. Perfect size and location!

This condo is in the perfect spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come with our kids. The kitchen had all we needed and the couch and beds were so comfy!

They only allow 1 car to park, even though the lot was empty. I even offered to pay extra. The outside of the building was not kept up. Unfortunately we were on the 2nd floor and the family above was so noisy, running and stomping. Stat on the 3rd floor! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We understand the one-vehicle parking restriction can be frustrating. This policy is established and enforced by the HOA, not Island Realty, and applies to all condos in the community regardless of occupancy. While the parking lot may appear empty at times, as a vacation rental community guests are arriving and departing throughout the day, and the lot often fills as check-ins are completed. We're also sorry to hear noise from the unit above impacted your stay. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we appreciate your feedback.

Check-in was hard to see numbers to get box open and they could have just emailed the sheet no reason to go by Island Realty. One parking spot was a hassle! Sleeps 10 people with one parking spot! We had to figure out the cars. Comes with no beach chairs or beach towels so if your from out of town like us that was also a hassle.

Great location

The property was clean and there was a lot of kitchen supplies and extra bedding. It was on the small side but the bunk beds were great for our 4 kids. It was a couple minute walk from the beach, great location if you want to go to the beach everyday.

Ocean Seaside Condo

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Well equipped. The patio furniture was worn, should be replaced or cleaned. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses needed to be replaced. They were so uncomfortable we just slept on top. I don’t think they were actual mattresses but a piece of foam and board. Great proximity to the beach.

Girls Trip in IOP

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach, to get coffee, groceries, and breakfast. We had a late arrival and they were very accommodating. The fridge was broken before we arrived, but they had a spare and fixed it while we were in town, so we never went without a fridge. They communicated well and we really enjoyed our trip. Just be mindful that this unit is on a second floor with no elevator that I could find. I may have missed it. Thankfully we were all able to climb the stairs, but it may be hard for others. That didn’t change anything because we will definitely be back!

Very clean, great condo, but a lot of smokers at complex

The condo is directly across the street from the county park which was very nice and offered umbrella and chair rentals. It’s only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was great having 3 beds in guest room! We had one maintenance issue that was very quickly resolved. Island reality management company was very professional. The complex pool was bigger than expected but it was often crowded with families smoking. Other condos in the complex allow smoking on balconies and this created several very loud late night gatherings. That was the only reason for the 4 star rating. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if it was an option.

IOP Newbies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I have been to Charleston before, I have never been to IOP. I got some recommendations from friends and started searching for something either on or near the beach that wasn't astronomically priced. We were very happy with location of Oceanside and the size of the condo. It is right across the street from the beach and steps away from beach shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive into Charleston and the airport. The management was extremely responsive when I had some questions. The pool area was a little lack-luster and small. Lastly, I would suggest a fresh coat of paint for the unit, get rid of the old carpeting in the breezeways and decks, and replace rusted bathroom vents/door hinges. Overall, it was a great experience and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Oceanside Villa B 208

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Villa was alright. Major criticisms are the mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable, the main tv did not work half the time there and had no roku, netflix ect. Also the doors to the bedrooms were very squeaky and would not close. The bathrooms were also not well cleaned when we got there. The maid came only to tell me the spot I saw was mold and that we would need to leave the next day for them to take care of it. Well after she left I cleaned it off, turns out she just didnt want to be bothered. This place also has no washer and dryer and that does suck. Otherwise it was a good stay and location.

Island Realty would like you to know that we have managers available 24hrs a day to help you if you feel you have not received the service you need. It is true that Oceanside Villas HOA do not allow washer and dryers in the condo. You are allowed access to the Sea Cabin community laundry across the street as advertised. We hope that the next time you visit you feel free to call in to our maintenance department for issues such as squeaky doors, and television connection issues. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to see you again for a more enjoyable stay next time.

Only a couple of items in the unit to mention: twin mattress in back bedroom wasn’t very comfortable; LR furniture was worn; bathroom tub floor was unstable & shower made loud squeaking noise. Kitchen was great, table & chairs very sturdy, master queen bed very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay, with a location that can’t be beat! Many thanks!
