The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom (ensuite), a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The owner has recently upgraded the unit with modern furnishings, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and split ductless air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay. These enhancements set Papakea J102 apart from other units in the area, providing a truly exceptional experience. The expansive grass areas are perfect for kids to play safely, and families can easily walk to Honokowai Beach Park for a worry-free beach day. When staying at Papakea J102, you'll have access to a variety of delicious food options, many of which are within walking distance. Papakea Resort charges and collects a $25/day Resort Fee upon check-in. The property's amenities include two heated oceanfront pools, two large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, two twelve-hole putting greens, two shuffleboard courts, and lighted tennis, and pickleball courts. * Please note that there is ongoing construction at the nearby property, which may result in some noise during the day. We are offering discounted pricing during this period to accommodate for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
