This 3rd floor unit, in the desired 'L 'building, is an oceanfront unit with central air and ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped. PLEASE NOTE:
1. Papakea Resort is undergoing a 2-year "Interior Renovation" project to replace all indoor pipes. Noise is not expected to be audible in the condo, but there may be noise on some parts of the property (M-F 8am-5pm). The condo is being priced taking this construction work into consideration during the renovation. Building L will begin February 20, 2026 in the 01 block (we are in the 05 block) our block will begin March 24, 2026 and the entire L building is scheduled to be completed by May 1, 2026.
