The property itself is wonderful. The amenities are great. It's close to the beach. The balcony furniture is pleasant. Everything was clean except the showers and the washer. The showers have three different colors of mold growing in the grout (on the floor and the walls). The bathroom ceilings have cracking/peeling paint and mildew next to air vents. I get that the humidity is tricky here but the shower grout was gross. The washer was the worst, though. It's one of those front loading monstrosities that smells the whole place up with mold and mycotoxins. There was visible mold growth in the front (like 3 inches wide of dark, black mold--some of which I was able to wipe out with a paper towel) and mold in the detergent drawer. I texted Liquid Life on a Tuesday at 8:04am. No response. I texted them about the wifi password on Thursday afternoon and got a response within minutes, so I texted pics of the washer. They finally admitted it was a problem and asked me not to use it and they would expedite the issue and let me know a plan. Well, today is Sunday and we've checked out and I still don't have a solution to that problem. We rented a condo with a washer with the intention of washing clothes and bathing suits. We've worn most of our clothes twice or more, and are going home with all dirty laundry. So, 4 stars for the actual condo (if they fix the shower grout and the washer) and 1 star for the Liquid Life cleaning/management.

Loved our condo!

We had two families of five stay in this condo and it worked out great! There was enough room for all of us and towels and bedding were provided. It was very clean when we got there and the staff did a good job of communicating with us ahead of time. Loved having a place that faces the beach. Great view! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

End of Summer Trip

It was great! Myself and a few friends stayed here for a few days for an end of the summer getaway. The condo was clean and met all our expectations. The beach access is exactly what we wanted and the pool was very nice as well. Everything in Orange Beach was easily accessible and had little to no traffic. We plan on returning next summer!

This property is in need of professional pest control. That and the sliding door is extremely hard to open and close. Everything else was great. The property manager was responsive and professional, the beds were very comfortable, view and deck was fantastic.

Spring Break 2020

The place was amazing and the management was even better. The place was just as pictured on site and beautiful. Had everything we needed inside. Close to Walmart and liquor store. Down side was the construction it was super loud at 7am and didn’t come with chairs for the beach. That’s was my only down side but no complaints. The manager was extra helpful when my kids put my car key in the trash and we had to make other plans to get home and check out. There were again super amazing and can’t thank them enough. I would stay here again for sure.

Summer House 704B

Nice condo. Would/will definitely come back. All was great with the exception of some maintenance issues. One of the sliding glass door handles is loose making it very difficult to open and close. The ice machine under the counter does not work, the guest bathroom needed light bulbs. All issues were reported on the first morning. Later that evening maintenance arrived and put in lightbulbs, said refrigerator needed freon, and they needed to pick up a new handle for the door. Stated they would be back around 9 am in morning to fix. That never happened. They did not return or phone or anything. I wonder if the condo owners are aware of issues not being promptly addressed. Again, over all we were pleased, had a great time, and would stay there again.

Great week in Orange Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 7 nights in Summer House 704B. The unit was just as described! Great Bathrooms and excellent showers. TV in every room was a touch. Wonderful Ocean Front balcony with new patio furniture. Steps to the beach and pool was great too! Clean and comfortable. Overall outstanding and would stay here again. Some suggestions. If you like to cook the pots and pans need an upgrade, could use a electric gridle too. The waffle maker handle was broken. We had a water leak in the master bath coming from the ceiling around a light fixture. Maintenance came right up. The leak stopped, not sure what the resolve was. Instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be helpful. We had immediate help getting the correct password for wifi. Again, we love this unit and would stay here again.

Thank you for your review, Ken! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We charge all guests for one parking pass when the reservation is made. By doing that, each guest pays less up front, and they can add that second pass if they choose to do so. It's the same as with other companies, but we just give guests the option to add a second pass later so you aren't charged for passes you don't need. I hope that clears some things up for you!

NEEDS PEST CONTROL

This condo has a mouse problem. They had two traps set up when we arrived so they definitely already aware of this. We actually saw a mouse run across the kitchen counter. We bought our own traps and ended up catching 3. I did notify the management company with this and a couple of other issues we had - and while they did send someone out to address the toliet issues, there response when I sent them a picture of a caught mouse.... "yes, that is a beach mouse". Then never heard from them again. Very disappointed in that. I am from the country so I have had experience with Mice but I know my friend who was staying down the hall would have not slept in there if she saw one. I looked back at some recent reviews and it seems that this looks like its been a problem for sometime. I wish I would have seen those reviews before I booked it for sure. Also, there were a couple of ladies a few floors up that said they had a rat in their condo. I personally will never book in Summer House again. The one plus I will say for this condo was the under cabinet Ice Machine. That was a nice touch.
