This was our second vacation at Summer House 805B. Its a beautiful property in a great location! The booking and communication process were top notch! We plan to stay there again!

Lovely Condo

The upscale condo was beautiful and well furnished. We enjoyed our meals on the extra-large balcony while admiring the fabulous ocean view. The owner went above and beyond to help make our vacation special.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Summer House! The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at and well kept. The balcony was amazing and one of our favorite things about the condo. Owner was very easy and helpful to work with. We would definitely come back again in the future.

Orange Beach 2025

Property was very nice. It was clean, roomy and stocked nicely. Other guests in the building were friendly. Would like to come back.

Excellent location and comfortable

Staying two months, we really have the chance to experience the property and its furnishings. The location was excellent and convenient, the opportunity to use the fitness center and heated pool was a plus. The furnishings (couches, chairs, beds) were in good shape as we have previously experienced properties that the furnishings were uncomfortable, but not this one.

Great getaway!

This condo was very clean. The walk to the beach was easy and short! We had lots of room I. The condo and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook dinner for my family! Can’t wait to go back!

Nice unit, great location!

While there is construction currently, the owner did everything he could to communicate what to expect. The unit was newly remodeled and looked great.

Great stay!

Our Family of 7 enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had plenty of room. Loved being able to walk out onto the deck and see and hear the ocean. The condo and building are a little bit older with normal wear and tear. The cleanliness of the condo was acceptable.

Totally a 5 star experience. Highly recommend. The owner was very informative leading up to the week long stay. We used some of his recommendations- highly recommend Cobalt. The condo provided everything by we needed with fully stocked kitchen. The patio was a perfect place for morning coffee and listening to the waves. The condominium was top notch. Wish I could give more stars to bring this up to a 5 star rating.

The condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and nice! My only complaint is that the elevators weren’t working properly. We ended up having to carry our things down the stairs on the last day because both elevators were down. Other than that, it was perfect.

Family vacay with friends

Absolutely perfect for us and our kids and their friends. 8 of us and everyone had a bed to sleepIn :) Very clean, well stocked kitchen, loved the decor and balcony was just perfect with seating for everyone (which is so hard to find at any condo) Many late nights playing cards out there!Very short drive to play putt-putt golf, easy walk to souvenir shops and a quick drive to the Hangout. Also found a little hidden gem, The Cove Bar and Grill (live music, food was delicious -highly recommend the chicken and waffles and blacked chicken quesadillas, drinks were on point as well). Owners were very responsive before and during the trip. We would definitely come back here.
