The rental is a great location to town. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. There is access to nice hiking trails right outside the rentals door.

We had a great stay at Mike’s place. Check-in process was at a spot downtown right off of Main Street. It was easy and the man who helped check us in was very friendly and helpful. The condo was very quiet and peaceful. Also very clean and it was nice having two full bathrooms. We stayed mid-September and the trees were just starting to turn; the change just in the three days we were there was amazing. We loved the hot-tub especially later at night looking at the stars. This was a great place to stay — five stars!!

Excellent property. Stairs down to the entrance wasn't expected, but not that big a deal. Moose (Cow) and two baby moose were a nice surprise when on the patio drinking coffee. Hiking trail outside the door was a treat. All-in-all, a great property.

We had a lovely stay. The condo is walking distance to town but there are free shuttles that come ti the area. We saw a moose 15 feet outside our door snacking on the aspen tree leaves. The furniture is very comfortable but the leather on the ottoman in front of the chair is a bit weathered but was still super comfortable. Hot tub was nice after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

Great location just up hill from Main St with amazing views. Spotlessly clean & enjoyed the private hot tub after a long bike ride. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic Location, True Ski in ski out (Unfortunately for us is was a low snow year, so weren't able to take advantage of this - no fault of the unit) Everything works. Would book again.

Loved that is was on ground level. Prefect to walk out, ski down and be on the life in less than 3min. Was able to walk down to snowflake life and walk to town in less then 10 minutes!!!!

We chose this condo because it delivers the kind of ski experience we always wanted for ourselves — true ski-in/ski-out access without the hassle of carrying gear, plus the ability to walk into town for dinner, drinks, and everything Breckenridge has to offer.
After years of ski trips, we realized the small details matter most: easy mountain access, a comfortable place to recharge, a private hot tub after a long day on the slopes, and a location that lets you enjoy the town without constantly needing a car or shuttle.
We’ve tried to create a space that feels relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely convenient for couples, friends, and mountain lovers who want to maximize their time on the hill and enjoy Breckenridge like a local.
