Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for two or have vacation plans for the the family, this home will give you what you're looking for in a super clean environment. For your enjoyment there is a private covered patio and open patio sitting area. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, where all you hear is nature.

The house was very nice. The living room is huge and had space for the kids to play. The open concept was nice to talk with family. Lots of outside seating in a very quiet area.

The owner had every tool known to mankind in there’s for you to cook if you wanted and outside grill that we used the beds were phenomenal master had a asleep by Number and the other none was really comfortable. Great place to stay for visiting Yosemite

My husband, our dog, and I stayed at this property for our trip to Yosemite. It was conveniently located (~1 hour to the park and ~15 minutes to Mariposa) with a lot of amenities! We really enjoyed our time here and thank John for the hospitality.

The property is located in a remote area where mobile signals weren’t available. The WiFi details provided by the Host also weren’t working. The house was very clean and tidy. Property had all amenities needed for a short stay. 3/5 rating only because of these points: 1) Poor Network and WiFi connectivity 2) Garage is not accessible (As it is a remote area, had to empty all the luggage from the car and load it back next day. If the garage access was provided this could have been avoided) If these two things were taken care off and some basic snacks and coffee/tea (The ones available seemed very old, not sure if we could use them) it have been 4/5 or even 5/5.

I was completely unable to get in touch with the host. There was a dead bird inside the fireplace; although I tried contacting them multiple times, they did not answer the phone. Furthermore, the pots and frying pans in the kitchen were so old that they were inconvenient to use, and all of the various seasonings had passed their expiration dates.

Its a lovely spot. We hiked around the neighborhood with our puppy. The house is very clean and comfortable. The TV is set up to sign in to your own streaming apps. The back yard has a large table that can be screened off. It was perfect.

Wonderful mountain time

We were in Mariposa to visit family for Thanksgiving. The VRBO rental was clean, spacious and quiet. We loved being in this quiet neighborhood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog with us.

Valley Oak review

Just a short weekend when the daughter and grand kids came to visit. The house was near ours and easy to get to. The kids all loved the place and were very impressed.

Sweet Home

Just stayed at John’s house and it was such a sweet home. It is located in a great area and has everything you need for your stay. One thing I loved was that it was dog friendly and I was able to bring my four-legged fur baby with us! His property was plenty for him to run around. Thank you John for letting us stay in your sweet home! We truly enjoyed it and hope to be back soon!
