This house was perfect for our family getaway. Having use of the 6 seater golf cart was a bonus. The owner, Bryon, was very communicative with us starting the day prior to our arrival advising us of some issues with the golf cart. He continued to communicate with us after our arrival and the issues were worked out shortly after our arrival. The outside seating area was great for relaxing in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, especially being so close to the pool, and the 6-seater golf cart was an absolute game changer for getting around the village and heading to the beach!This was our 6th year staying in OCV, and this was definitely one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!) for a great week away. We really appreciated all of the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home.The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts of the house. It was such a nice spot to relax in the evenings, wind down after a day at the beach, and just enjoy being on vacation.We had such a great week and made so many wonderful memories here. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in OCV, and we would happily stay here again!

The lights in the kitchen take a really long time to come on and the fan in the hall bath sounds like it’s about to take flight. They floors could have been cleaned better. Our feet were really dirty within 30 minutes of being there.

Great Stay

This is our 12th year staying in OSV. This is by far one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing time. The house and neighborhood was great! The beds were very comfortable…the house had all the comforts of home. Byron is awesome to work with, we definitely plan to check out his other properties. Thanks for a wonderful week at the beach!!

Great home to visit!

We had a fantastic stay! My daughter was thrilled with the golf cart. Oceanside village has all the amenities you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. This host goes above and beyond with his customer service and his hospitality and responsiveness is A-1.

Location was great

Our family enjoyed our stay even though it rained. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the carport and enjoying the cool breeze after the rain. Byron was very nice to deal with and the house was stocked with many items that other rentals do not provide.

Loved this property! We were able to check in earlier than 4pm, which is always great. The golf cart was a great perk and the next door neighbors are super nice. Byron was easy to get in touch with and was really helpful! Thanks for a great experience! Will definitely be back.

Clean and cozy home away from home

We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed being able to bring our furry family members as well. Everything we needed to feel comfortable was provided. We utilized the grill, beach chairs and golf cart, and really enjoyed the outdoor seating area. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation spot!
