This was a very clean home in a very safe , gated community. The amenities were top notch and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. They had everything you would need at the home, just being your suitcase and food ! Our family is looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next summer. Recommend this place times 100! Especially if you have fur babies.

Loved this place it was so clean and comfortable. Love the community it was in and it was so relaxing! Loved being by the ponds, seeing the fish and turtles! Hope to come back next year !

We spent 2026 spring break at this property. It was perfect for us. The golf cart helped a lot between the beach access and after dinner rides around the park and to the pool. We had a great time and it was in a great location. We love this section of the grand strand. Thanks for letting us stay at your property. Have a great summer season.

The home is so welcoming and so so clean! The kitchen and living area was so spacious and bright, We loved how the master and other rooms were on separate ends of the house. It allowed all of us privacy. The porch is such a wonderful area to have your morning coffee while watching the wild life. We spent many days sitting in the front yard by the water. The community is very warm and welcoming. The new indoor pool area is beautiful! We would love to stay again as it felt like home!!

We had a great time staying here. The property location was great. The house was clean. We had great communicatiom with the host as well. Easy, quick trip to get to the ocean and pools. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The rental was great for our family! It was very clean, conveniently located to everything, check in was flawless and communication with the host/property manager was easy and they were always quick to respond. I would definitely rent here again!

Our young children really enjoyed the stay here. The canal was a bonus (turtles, geese, fish). It kept them occupied when we were at the residence. And, it's a short golf cart ride to the beach. Loved the private beach parking. We were also a quick drive to Litchfield beach. Surfside Pier was close by and lots of things to do. Loved that the grocery store was just across the main road from the village. Made quick trips out to grab something a breeze. Kitchen was stocked with gadgets to complete dinner. We felt safe and there was a nice sense of community around us. It was overall a great trip!(The only negative to mention is that I wish there were a vent fan/light in the master bathroom to draw out moisture or dehumidifier.)

Great vacation

Very nice place in great quiet part of Oceanside village very clean and plenty of room for our family the back porch is awesome and the pond gave the kids hours of enjoyment

Best location yet

This is our 3rd time staying in Oceanside Villages and this was by far the best one yet. The house was fantastic. It was clean and had all necessary amenities. The back covered porch overlooking the canal was by far the best part of the house. Everything was perfect!
