**Newly remodeled!! Sleeps 16 guests (8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms). Large kitchen and dining area for entertaining! Holland Farms is located in the rolling hills of Williamstown, KY which is nestled in the Golden Triangle. We are located just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, OH, Lexington, KY and a convenient drive from Louisville, KY. We are 7 mins from The Ark Encounter and 35 mins from The Creation Museum. We think you will love our home here at Holland Farms. It has 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Lots of room and privacy for family and friends! We have beautiful views of Holland Farms from all windows! There is a swimming pool for the summer months. You will find many tourist attractions close by to explore when you stay with us. Great place to unwind with family and friends and maybe even "unplug" during your stay.
When you walk into Holland farms, you are brought into an entryway leading you to the spacious, open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Down the right hallway are bedrooms & bathrooms 5-8, as well as laundry facilities stocked with basics for the guests. Down the left hallway leads you to bedrooms and bathrooms 1-4. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 1-5 and 7 have private, attached bathrooms. Bedroom 6 has an attached bathroom that also has a hallway access which is used by bedroom 8. Starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided in each full bathroom.
Holland Farms is perfect for large groups wanting to get away from the busyness of life and relax on the farm. You may catch a glimpse of the beautiful equine and livestock that roam the property during your stay. Enjoy the pool during the months of May through October as well as the beautiful patio, assessable from the living and dining rooms.

very spacious and comfortable. there were 15 of us yet we never felt crowded. The country landscape was an added bonus. The pool was great. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful home with a lot of space and the pool helped keep the kids occupied and tried them out enough to sleep well! Great time and wonderful memories were made here!

Plenty of room for all of our guests. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space to sit around the table for eating and playing games. Beds were comfortable and private bathroom for each bedroom was perfect accommodations. Cleanliness was 4 star because it looked like some spots got skipped. All in all I would definitely want to go back but next time when we can enjoy the pool.

Wonderful property with outstanding views with plenty of room for families or multi couples with most bedrooms having their own attached bathroom. Only small point was the kitchen didn't have any freezer space, it was in basement. Small freezer and ice machine would have been nice upstairs. (especially if older renters). Other than that all was exceptional and we immediately rebooked.

Beautiful place! pictures do not do justice. Perfect set up for a large family. Staff -Very easy to work with. Owners very kind. All the lights were labeled and all amenities were easy to find. Over all, great place to stay!!!!! Highly recommend and would love to go back.

Amazing Stay
We loved this location. it was one of our best stays yet. There was a bit of ant issue and a rusty chair incident. But overall it was an excellent stay.

Excellent accommodation. Eating and living areas were big enough for the whole group to be together and comfortable. Owner or owner’s representative was very responsive. Beautiful setting. I would do it all over again.

Great home
This was our second time staying at this home. They did an amazing job with the remodel since the last time we stayed there. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful for a family vacation
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our entire family was able to have plenty of room in this spacious home - lots of bathrooms and bedrooms! We all loved the pool and the beautiful scenery.

This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination.

Great time
We had a great time at this property. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and there was great views and the house was very well supplied in the kitchen but also had plentiful beach towels and other items.
