This place worked out so awesome for Our family of 14! Everyone had their personal space. The host was attentive at any need we had. The ark and the creation museum are a must! Staying here was perfect!!

Seth was very responsive from the moment of reservation. Any questions or needs prior to and during the stay were handled very quickly! Highly recommend!

Incredibly beautiful house and land. Wonderful host, highly responsive and helpful. Water pressure can be an issue if you are running the dishwasher, but overall that was a small inconvenience for a great stay. Will be back! Bed and bathroom situation was amazing.

Wonderful location, very spacious and clean. The mattresses were so comfy! My daughter didn’t want to leave, she loved the pool and the playset. It had everything we needed for a family get away!

Amazing stay

The location has a great view to open fields, seeing the sunrise was amazing. The house was very clean and cozy vibes and has everything you need for your stay/cooking. Overall it was an amazing stay would definitely recommend it has something for all ages.

Peaceful Relaxation

We had a great stay at this property with 8 adults and 7 kids. The rooms and beds were all very clean. The kitchen was equipped with beautiful pots and pans and basic cooking utensils. And the pool and fire pit outside were accompanied by gorgeous Kentucky views.

A great stay!

We were looking for a large house to bring our family together to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday (7 adults and 8 kids of various ages). This house was perfect, and Seth was a very welcoming property manager. The property was beautiful, the amenities were exactly as described, and the pool was perfect for children. My kids especially loved the arcade games in the basement. We would certianly recommend this property to others!

The property itself is wonderful and could live up to the price. But there were a few issues that we should not have encountered. The pool towels were covered in animal feces upon our arrival, which required extensive cleaning before we could begin to enjoy the place. All of the trash bins were also full, which was attracting flies and required them being emptied before we could take any trash out. The propane tank (and its spare) were empty. And we also learned that the a/c had been experiencing a leak before we arrived because it ran out of coolant about halfway through our stay and the house got up to 87 degrees inside. When we turned the large fans up to try to counteract the air, large clumps of dust fell down onto the main level for about 20 minutes. They had clearly not been cleaned. I appreciated the host's responsiveness to the issues (all were resolved within 24 hours other than the dust). And it's a very nice property with lots for a large family to do, but we should not have had some many cleanliness issues given the price.

Great amenities and space really didn’t leave the house. Only misses for this property are the little details. Garbage from last guest filled 3 of the 4 trash bins and never got picked up, weeds growing through the fence into the pool, and other minor details that just need maintenance. We loved our stay and would return.

Ark visit

The property was beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to our planned event (visiting the Ark Encounter) and loved all the activities available at the house. The host, Seth, was very responsive to any of our inquiries and made the entire process from checking in to checking out seamless. We would definitely recommend this property with 5 stars! Thanks again!!

Amazing!

We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! We made six great memories doing s’mores outside on the fire pit under a blanket of stars ! One of our most favorite homes to stay in through VRBO yet.

Wow! This property was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed all the features. The pool was just right- not too deep for our young ones. The hot tub was handy, the fire pit was delightful (we appreciated the provided wood), the kitchen was well stocked (we did have to purchase a pitcher for water fyi), and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were nice since we all didn't fit at the dining room table. The littles loved the playground. We did have a problem on the last day, which the hosts were very responsive to. We loved the setting on a private road in the Kentucky hills.

The house was beautiful and clean, setting was stunning, and the host was an excellent communicator. There are a few things worth noting that we were unaware of when booking. We would stay again despite these things, but would prepare differently. 1. We thought this would be a beautiful place to take walks, but instructions in the home explicitly prohibit walks along the driveway for neighbor privacy. 2. The pool is only 4ft deep at the deepest, this was disappointing for the older kids. 3. The house is bare bones in terms of amenities, there weren't any board games, cards, etc. highly limited supply of consumables, not even bedding or blankets. 4. There are train tracks, in the distance, but are visible and audible from the house and run nearly constantly. We didn't mind, but would be good to know. 5. You will hear every single footstep and conversation from the main level to the basement. Do not put your light sleepers down there.

Family trip to the Ark Encounter

Overall a great place to stay, close to the Ark Encounter. Upon arrival the property was not wheelchair accessible like advertised. After traveling 13 hrs my father in law was not able to get in the house in his electric wheelchair. After messaging the host he immediately tried to come up with a solution. He ordered a ramp but wasn't deli vered until 2 days later. We got wood cut from nearby to getus by until then..ess

Perfect Home for our Large Family

This is one of the best homes that we have ever stayed in! The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 16, and its proximity to the Ark Encounter made it incredibly convenient for our plans. Our kids were excited about the pool, and we didn’t want to leave! We created so many wonderful memories around the fire pit in the evenings, and the views were simply breathtaking. The basement was a highlight for the kids; they hardly ever left! The variety of games kept them entertained, and the PlayStation 5 was a huge hit with our teenagers. The bunk room was perfect for the younger ones as well. The setting of the home on 10+ peaceful acres was quiet and serene. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we will recommend this home to others in our church who want to visit the Ark Encounter.

Perfect family home for Ark long weekend

We stayed at this home for 4 days (with 3 generations!) to visit the Ark and the Creation Museum. The location is on a small dirt road, but this makes for extreme privacy that was absolutely ideal for our family! The home is large and beautiful. Every bedroom is decorated beautifully and is cozy. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets with coffee - the Keurig makes a pot or a cup! Main floor bedroom was ideal for parents or in our case was wonderful for a 96 year old with mobility issues. Master bed has a crib in a huge walk in closet. Basement also has a second master, plus a fun bunk bed room, an extremely fun game area that we used a ton with playstation, arcade games, basketball, ping pong and fooseball. We had a really enjoyable bonfire - house has firewood and smores supplies including smores sticks. Kids also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool (despite the cold weather they still used and loved the pool.) Yard also has a swingset and they maintain a huge portion of the yard which was helpful with morning walks with our dogs. I appreciated that they were so welcoming to our 2 small dogs! Outside seating is amazing because you can move around to enjoy sunsets or sunrises. Kids also loved a ring hook game outside while adults visited. Kitchen was incredibly well organized and labeled so we didn't have to look for a single thing. House was also well stocked with towels which was so nice. It has two washers and two dryers! Very responsive hosts!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and places to gather. A small refrigerator in the basement would be a nice addition for large groups. Amenities were very nice, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. Offering pool towels was a great touch. It was one less thing we had to pack. They offered free firewood, not many B&Bs do that. Seth does not disappoint and was available whenever we had a question. Thanks for a great getaway!

Our Family of 14 loved the peaceful setting of the home. I have already recommend this house to friends and family when they travel to see the ARK , and Creation museum. Seth was great to respond to texts. Sitting outside in the evenings watching the fireflies was a great experience for the grandkids. Its location was close to the Dollar store and Walmart which was wonderful.
