100 Year Old House fully renovated on the second floor. Lots of fun nooks and crannies to space out, huge deck, and an arcade room where you can race each other (up to 3 separate players) or play some arcade golf!

Only 6 minutes to the ark and a short walk to downtown restaurants on a nice evening. Come bring your large group!

We enjoyed the outdoor gathering places and the comfortable beds. The large dining table worked out really well for our large group.

We had a 3 day trip that included the Ark Encounter and Kings Island, half adults and half kids. The house was a perfect setup for the location and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked for two dinners that we cooked. Will use again!!!

Our Women's group enjoyed our stay! Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter. The house was very spacious, comfortable beds and close to the downtown area.I would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kids especially loved the games, and we enjoyed spending time together around the large dining table. The selection of board games was a great bonus and made for some memorable family evenings. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

Would definitely stay again. I travel with groups as large as 15 people. Peter's home was perfect not only for our group, but clean, neat, organized and well keep. Everyone in our group stated they would enjoy staying again. It was a delight to have as many kitchen amenities as this place has to offer. Everyone love their beds and the thought of placing a towels, wash cloth one each bed was delightful. Peter's home may be older but it has been nicely decorated and well put together. We really appreciate the Bible verses throught the home. We even used the grill and had everything one needs for grilling.

Place is just amazing. We had 6 adults and 9 children staying for 4 days. Accommodations were more than adequate. Very clean and well laid out. Owner was very responsive to any communication sent - usually replying within minutes. Had one minor repair issue come up and got a very prompt response fixing the issue.

Great location!

The property was so clean and close for our trip to the Ark encounter! Amenities were provided and the quality of everything was great! Very easy to communicate with the host and he made sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely would recommend.

This home was perfect for our group, they used every space perfectly. We were on a group trip to visit the ark which was conveniently located about 5 mins up the road. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We had an awesome time at this property. Our stay was a bucket list item for my 85 years young MIL to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This property was perfect in every way. Plenty of beds, loved the big dining table (great for family games every night) house was well stocked and a great location. My husband and I are looking forward to booking this property next year when we take our kids and grandkids to the Ark and creation museum.

This property is conveniently located just a few miles from the Ark. it’s also a short distance to Main Street shopping and dining in Williamstown. I highly suggest the burger joint. The house is nice; structurally old and creaky, but cosmetically updated. We were surprised with a snowstorm the couple of days we were there. The heat downstairs kept up nicely for our crowd of 13, mostly early 20s. Most bedrooms are upstairs and would not recommend for older folks. Worked great for us. No complaints.
The large picnic style table was great for our group.

Great stay!!

Overall the property was very nice. It was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only issue we had was the hot water upstairs didnt stay hot very long at all. After one or two showers the next person didnt have any hot water. Other than that the property was nic!

Jakensa, Thank you for your review, and I'm glad you enjoyed the property! I wish you had let me know the issue with the hot water while you were staying, as I would have addressed it immediately - I've raised the temperature of the hot water heater to provide much more hot water for the property. I've also installed the largest gas heater on the market so hopefully no one else has that issue.

Family Ark excursion

The home was a great location for visiting the Ark. only a 6 minute drive. However, the Creation Museum was about 45 minutes away. The home is old but full of character. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Could’ve used some extra blankets for sleeping. It was a cold, rainy weekend, so it was chilly inside. Our host, Peter, was very responsive to our questions and gave thorough instructions for our stay.

Nice property with a convenient location

We had a family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) traveling for a visit to the Ark Encounter. Only 6 minutes away from the Ark and conveniently located so you can even walk down the street to the little town for pizza and ice cream. The house is older but has charm and some nice updating has been done. The house was completely stocked for our needs whether it was bedding, towels or the kitchen for cooking. The upstairs is incredibly spacious with plenty of space to accommodate larger families. This is in addition to the bedrooms downstairs. We found ourselves sitting on the front porch most nights watching the cars go by as we talked the night away. The host is very attentive and available if needed. Would definitely recommend if you have a larger family and need the space.
