Welcome to your stay in Princeville

Our dream can be yours too! Plantation condo #1522 has 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bath. It's air conditioned in the living, dining, kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout. Peaceful and quiet. This is a 2nd floor condo (no one walking overhead) with easy access to all on site amenities, pool, BBQs, fitness center, hot tub, but away from both pool and road noise. Builders upgrade package adds a touch of elegance. Master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath. Second master has a king bed with en suite bath. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with en suite bath. Cable TVs in living room and all bedrooms. Seating for six in dining room as well as dining on the lanai. Fully equipped kitchen. Pack and play,stroller and high chair.Beach gear located in garage. Parking in nonassigned spaces within the complex.
We offer grocery shopping and delivery service.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The place had lots of things for the beach, toys for our kids, etc! We are thankful for a great stay! Property manager quick to help and answer questions! Very accommodating! Would recommend to others!

Great place for our family

We were traveling with 3adults and 2small children. The unit was very attractive and a perfect comfortable place for us with grocery, parks and beach near by. Great hosts -quickly responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay here again

Kauai visit

We had a great time at the condo. They supplied beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys which we appreciated. The pool and BBQ are very nice. Terry contacted us in advance with all the information we needed

Lovely condo in North Shore - Princeville!

We loved our stay at this fabulous condo in Princeville - the beautiful location in Kauai the easy going North Shore! It was perfect for our family - with 3bdrms/3 baths and a/c in living/main bdrm - and all the comforts of home! We loved the deck for dining & relaxing and the condo is so close to the Foodland market and it is a quick trip to Hanalei and other beaches. We will stay here again! Aloha and Mahalo!

Outstanding host and stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was very clean and had amenities - kitchen supplies, condiments, toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, beach towels, cooler, etc.. Check-in was very easy and instructions from Terry were very clear. Accuracy of the listing was correct. Communication with Terry was outstanding; she gave us great recommendations. We experienced an issue early in our stay where the refrigerator and freezer broke. Terry did everything she could to resurrect and fix the situation, and we felt satisfied with the outcome. Location was perfect for experiencing Hanalei and beyond and Kilauea and Moloa'a. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others! Mahalo!

We enjoyed our VRBO so much! It was beautiful and very clean. It honestly felt like home away from home. Everything we needed was provided very generously. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for our family!

The place is exactly as listed. Was perfect for our family of 5. A bit of an issue with front screen door spring but it did not inhibit our stay. Terri was very personable and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay in Princeville

Our family (including two kids, ages 6 and 2) enjoyed our stay here. The unit was plenty spacious for us and the beach gear equipment was a huge benefit. One thing to note if you have young kids who can’t swim — the community pool does not have much of a shallow end. It ended up being fine but worth mentioning if that’s important to you. Overall, we had a great experience.

Great property would stay again

We have stayed in Princeville many times, and this property was amazing. The location is very convenient but communication with the manager was perfect and they do a great job to make sure the property has everything that you need. Highly recommend.

Great place

This property should be your one and only choice for staying in Princeville. The location is ideally located and immaculately kept. Hosts are very generous with the amenities included in the propoerty. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great place to stay

As advertised, Terry is a great host and responds rapidly. She helped us overcome some unfortunate glitches with VRBO. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying here! It was beautiful and just as described. My daughter loved “the whale room.” We had plenty of space and this is an excellent location for all activities. We’d love to stay here again !

Fun family trip

Great location, responsive host, wonderful property. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, rain umbrellas, soap, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, spices and some pantry staples. We never needed the AC-just opened the windows for the lovely breeze! We used the lanai a lot.

Best complex in Kauai

We love staying at The Plantation at Princeville. It is such a great complex in an awesome part of the island. The unit was great. Really clean and stocked with everything you would need during your stay.

Perfect for our family vacation!

The property was very clean and the descriptions in the welcome email were very helpful for us as we arrived after a long day of travel. Terry was very communicative and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend!

Family vacay

We were so thrilled to be in Hawaii, the condo was clean and well organized. The bathroom towels were like brand new ( so soft), having a guide book to utilize helped out tremendously during our visit. The beds were great and the room for our teens to lounge was a hit. Having a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent was a huge plus in our eyes! We did appreciate that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas that were available. I think the only thing that would have made the stay better would be to have umbrellas and beach chairs that weren’t already damaged. Probably need to be replaced with newer ones. The room with the two twin beds struggled to cool down at night even with fans on, not sure how to make that better. This trip was a big family vacation and we fell in love with the Princeville area. Just wish we had more time. Definitely will be recommending this place to all who want to visit Kauai.

Princeville has the most to offer a traveller on the north shore of Kaua'i. Easy proximity to all the beautiful spots from Kilauea to Ke'e. The Plantation, with it's traditional style is, for us, the most architecturally appealing of the Princeville condo developments. built in 2004, it is 30 or so years newer than most. The spacious layout of the three bedroom units, with a garage put it in a category by itself.

This is it. Kaua'i is fantastic. Get out and enjoy it. Go down the back roads and little beach paths, great beauty awaits. Swim in the Lumahai river, hike the Kalalau trail, try a Poke Bowl at Kealia Poke in Hanalei, go to the farmers markets, live aloha.
