Great Location

We had a wonderful stay on the island. The location was perfect for a quick bike ride to the beach and an easy route to the Night Heron Park Pool!

Didn’t want to leave!

This villa is exactly as described on the website. It’s very conveniently located to Heron park as well as the beach, even with a 2 and 4 yr old piggyback on a bike.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! We felt the unit was the perfect size and very clean. It felt very much like a home away from home. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch overlooking the pond. We saw a few gators, turtles and flying fish! Location was perfect and an easy bike ride to night heron park and pool and easy walk or bike ride beach access. We will definitely be back to this villa!

Peaceful and delightful

Great location! 7 minute walk to magnificent beach. Walkable to The Sanctuary. Clean, well decorated and well cared for condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner was incredibly accommodating and great communication. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Overall nice property

Beds were comfortable, lagoon view was lovely, proximity to Sanctuary and Towne center great. Could use updates to bathrooms, appliances, porch furniture is very old. Definitely lacking in kitchen goods- mismatched dishes/glasses and no decent cooking pans/pots/utensils. Overall fine for a short stay but some updates would make a big difference.

Great location with resort amenities!

Great location with a short walk to the beach and access to Night Heron pool and all the other great resort amenities. 1st floor unit, screened porch, limited TV channels (no cable, only streaming access). Property is dated, washer/dryer is on it’s last leg and prob already scheduled for replacement. But the unit is clean, has good space, and we had a great time!

Great stay on a Private Golf Community

This property was perfect for our stay. It had plenty of space to cover everything we needed. The community offers a TON of amenities that felt private to us. Kiawah Island is PHENOMENAL. We actually enjoyed staying there more than going into Charleston or visiting some of the more touristic beaches (Folly Beach, etc). This was our first time visiting and due to this property and its accommodations...it certainly won't be our last by far. We're already talking about making it an annual thing around October when it's staring to get cold and possible snow in Chicago. Great stay! Great location! Felt exactly as a vacation should feel! Can't wait to return!

Great Kiawah Tennis Villa

We visit Kiawah for a week every year, and we usually try to stay in East Beach area, as my kids could spend all day at the night heron pool and slides, so we HAVE to stay in a villa with resort amenities! This tennis villa was very comfortable and maybe the cleanest Kiawah unit we have rented so far! My kids loved watching the wildlife from the back porch, we saw little gators, turtles, blue herons and snowy egrets and deer! All from the comfort of the back porch! This unit is well appointed and a quick bike ride to both the beach and night heron park and pool! Will definitely stay here again! Wonderful Kiawah villa! Thank you so much!

Hostess was great. Very responsive to our needs. Online photos very accurate. Place is a little dated. Plenty of room. Screened in porch is nice. Great central location.

Our stay was perfect!

The villa was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us! The porch was perfect for sitting and reading a book and eating meals. The beach is lovely with lots of room to spread out. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the resort. My friends and I explored Charleston and Savannah which was lots of fun. There is a grocery store close by (roughly 15 minutes away). The beach is about 5-minute walk from the villa (Boardwalk 27). We ate at the Ryder Cup Bar on our last night and it was so tasty. I already can't wait to come visit again!

Great place near the Sanctuary and close to beach access.

we enjoyed our trip very much. The condo was nice, quiet and close to The Sanctuary and beach. Only part that was not very good was that we got no communication from the property management about check in process , so I had to message the host via VRBO and she directed us to where we needed to go to check in. Overall a great experience!

Great Stay

We had a great time! The property is a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We also walked to the pool- a twenty min walk or 5-10 min drive. Condo was clean enough and well appointed. We enjoyed meals on the screened in porch.

Lovely Kiawah condo

Great location in heart of beautiful Kiawah Island golf resort. Short bike ride to the beach, pool, The Sanctuary, shops, and restaurants. Love all the bike paths. The resort amenities included with this home are fabulous. Thanks for sharing your home!

East Beach Rental

Overall the rental was good. A bit dated and could use new furniture. Couch cushions were worn down and not comfortable. Overall cleanliness was good but there were numerous stains on the carpeting in both bedrooms. Condo needs an overall remodel.

Beautiful view

Great condo. Nice kitchen, spacious rooms, great washer dryer. Private, quiet, convenient location. Nice outdoor space and furniture to relax. I would recommend new mattress in master. Property manager responded very promptly.
