Our Tennis Club Villa is well appointed and includes a fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc) . Mr Coffee maker and Keurig , initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, heat,air. , starter supply of paper products ) detergents, 24-hour security in a gated Community, 2 Parking spaces per Reservation . Our condo does NOT have pool access

Beautiful condo - good size for our family of 5. Kiawah is one of our favorite family destinations. So much fun to bike to beach, tennis, basketball, playground. Close access to beach via car is limited on Kiawah.

Beautiful well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We stayed for a long weekend and with the living room and screened porch there was plenty of room for the tv watchers and readers to enjoy themselves. The hosts are excellent and very responsive to any questions. It also had beach equipment and a reasonable walk to the beach going past the golf course and next to the Sanctuary Hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stress free vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tennis Club Villas in Kiawah Island! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views effortless and unforgettable.The villa itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we truly felt at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscaping added to the overall charm and made it the perfect place to unwind.We also appreciated how close it was to everything—tennis courts, biking paths, and all the natural beauty Kiawah has to offer. It was the ideal mix of convenience and tranquility.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Property was in a great location and as described. It is a short scenic walk to the beach, near golf and tennis.
We had a great trip to the low country and would stay here again.

We were here for a tennis tournament, so loved the close proximity to the courts. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive.

Highly Recommend!
The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Great location, wonderful hosts
Communication with Karen and Buster was efficient and helpful! Condo location was perfect for beach and tennis access — would certainly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

Very comfortable place
We had a great stay at this clean and welcoming home. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Everything in the description was spot on. I would highly recommend this place to my family & friends.

Perfect all around
Perfect villa for the 3 of us, easy walk to the beach, gorgeous setting, fully equipped villa and super easy check in and out. Owner was very responsive and Communication was top notch! Great vacation!

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room and the screened back porch was nice. The location was great with the beach a fairly short walk along a pretty path. Great bike riding trails nearby as well as the beach for a sunset bike ride experience. Kiawah is a really special place and we would definitely return to this condo!

Wedding
Perfect location to all activities for the wedding. Will need to return so to enjoy all the attributes of Kiawah that were right out the door of this lication.

Beautiful Condo
We loved everything about this condo: the cleanliness, layout, decorating. The bedrooms were spacious. The screened in porch was spacious and comfortable. The manager responded immediately to our questions. Only things missing were washcloths. We would definitely stay here.
