Group Getaway

We had an amazing trip. Our condo was beautiful. The view was spectacular. Everything was great!

Mental Reset

Vacationed from 7/28-8/4/24 for some much need rest and relaxation. Had a awesome time. My 8 yo grandson enjoyed the pool to the utmost. Would stay there again for sure v

Where to begin….we were there for a week without a fully functioning dryer. The only “working” elevator was out of service for a full day. There was no functioning overhead light/fan or at least we couldn’t find a way to turn it on in the master bedroom. The controller didn’t work and there wasn’t a wall switch that made it work. And lastly, the master bathroom toilet was nasty with pee stains all over the lid. We were sent a message that a refund of one night would be knocked off the bill for the inconvenience of not having an elevator but I’ve yet to see the evidence of that happening. We stayed on the 13th floor and this old lady isn’t able to hike up all those flights especially with groceries! I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO places in several states, but I have to say I’m really disappointed in our beach vacation. We were really looking forward to it. The beach was great, while the surf was crazy with double red flags 95% of the time we were there. That’s no fault of the building management, Mother Nature was just being feisty. We did get to enjoy a dolphin cruise and I’d highly recommend that to anyone staying in the area.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the elevator being out, especially on a higher floor, along with the issues in the unit. Cleanliness

Everything was great except there was a dirty/filmy/mildewed ring that you could actually see and feel around the master tub which means it was not cleaned properly.

Beach Colony Resort Girls Trip Getaway

Very nice clean property. Beautiful balcony and plenty of space for lots of friends to enjoy. I called about a coffee pot. The coffeemaker was in the condo but we couldn’t find the coffee pot. The pot had been broken so they had to turn it in for approval and in no time one of the nice property workers showed up with a brand new coffee maker and pot. Everyone was so nice and accommodating on the property and at the office as well. I hope to get to go back for another trip very soon.
