Elegant and cozy beach condo for your family vacation with pool and pond

This lovely home offers lots of space and an open floor plan. We love it because it is minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park which has beaches, drive on beaches, nature activities, an activity center, disc golf, bike riding and more. The condo has a pool which is a great place to relax! The pond attracts ducks and heron so you can have fun watching the wildlife. The condo has a beautiful island and feels more spacious than most condos. Another reason we love this unit is because it is quiet and tucked away from your typical beach noise and traffic. Easy to come and go being right off rt 1 before the outlets. It sleeps 7 with 3 queen beds and 1 twin loft bunk bed.

Convenient community pool available for you to cool off off during those hot summer days. Relax in the living room with a serene view of the pond with native birds or watch one of our beach themed blu ray DVDs on a 55" flat screen TV. Feel free to link up your video streaming accounts on the smart TV. Or have a fun playing board games in the sun room or balcony.

Utilize the expansive kitchen and easily prepare meals for your family or friends. Take advantage of the beautiful island and seating off of the kitchen. Enough space to spread out with seating for the whole family in multiple areas. Three bedrooms with queen size beds. The living room has a smart TV with a Blu Ray DVD player. We have a collection of beach themed DVDs for your enjoyment! The unit is on the second floor with an elevator and also a stair case. We also have a cart you can use for transporting your bags to the unit.

The condo was just as the pictures showed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and how close we were from Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Great stay and a great host.

Convenient and Spacious Location

We absolutely love the property. I took my wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandson and the place was the perfect size for all of us. There were a lot o amenities, including board games, DVDs, a community pool and barbecue grill, which we took advantage of. Including withi in 10 minutes of Lewe's beaches.

The hosts were excellent and responsive to all my questions. The condo was probably the most clean we have stayed in since we started using VRBO. The kitchen was probably the best equipped with everything we needed to cook in. The pool at the condo was refreshing, clean, and decent size! The location was perfect! 15-20 minutes(with traffic) from anywhere you wanted to go. We went to cape Henlopen, Lewes, Dewey, and Rehoboth and even took the ferry over to cape May (awesome). We did a fishing charter and caught some fish, a shark, and eel. I recommend Anglers fishing charter! We rented jet skis too and had a blast! Cape Henlopen beach was beautiful! 10 to get in but worth it Awesome trip!

Great getaway spot

Easy access to plenty of beaches and Cape Henlopen State park and minutes from dozens of excellent restaurants. The condo itself is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The private pool for the condos is perfect for a break from the sand and beach with the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

Just as advertised!!

This is a very lovely unit and location. Close to everything in Lewes. Wonderful pool, open 7:00 am to 9:00pm !! Wonderful to find a place that has an elevator.

Great Condo for a family of 6 adults!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and roomy and convenient to the area beaches. The pool was very nice too. We really enjoyed our first visit to Delaware. My only recommendation, which is so small, is to include more silverware.

A quick overnight

Lovely alternative to a hotel. We were there for one evening and enjoyed the relaxed vibe, roomy condo. A bit further from the beach than expected.

Great for a few days or a week

We have stayed at this condo several times in the past few years. It accommodates a couple or a family of relatives. My family enjoys the furnishings, the open space, full kitchen and having 2 bathrooms and a deck. Having an elevator is very handy and the pool is a plus! We enjoy being close to the beach, restaurants and shopping centers.

Quiet Peaceful Rental

This rental was just as described. This is a very nice complex that was quiet and peaceful. This is about 15 minutes to Lewes beaches and about 25 minutes to Rehoboth boardwalk. The pool was a good size, did not get overcrowded and has plenty of seating which is hard to come by.

Good place to stay... 10 minutes away .

I had I good time... I just had to buy things like wash clothes... blankets plus toilet paper... No cable in the bedroom master bedroom No Tv ... just make sure you bring things with you... if you are Black !!! people will look at you funny... but it’s all good !! The beach was nice!!

Stay without blankets !!

We liked the area of the property. However we weren’t notified that the rental did not include blankets until well after we left our home. I think there is an assumption that all that stay at this property have room for blankets when they are traveling. Had I known that the rental didn’t include them we would picked a different rental. After a cold first night we purchased blankets for the beds.

Baseball weekend

We were in Lewes for a baseball tournament. This location was perfect. Close to the fields, Rehoboth and things to do. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. If we have another tournament that was- we would definitely book again!

My husband and I live in Wilmington DE. We love visiting the beach, fishing, going to concerts and playing disc golf. I like being a host because I'm able to share our beautiful condo with other families who love the beach too. It is also a great way for us to provide for our 2 kids so we can make happy memories at the beach with family.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood right off of route 1 so its very convenient. You have the best of both worlds, easy access to the beach and restaurants but also very peaceful and quiet for relaxing by the pond or the pool. We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Cape Henlopen and Lewes beach and also because it is the first beach city if driving south, so it doesn't take as long to drive to. Oh, and its walking distance to Surf Bagel, so a big plus :)

The pool is a huge plus. Also, the condo is walking distance to a winery, Surf Bagel, the liquor store, and close to the beach. Also, its hard to tell from the pictures but our condo is much wider and larger (sq footage) than all of the condos we looked at purchasing. There is a large sunroom with a balcony that overlooks the pond.
