Elegant and cozy beach condo for your family vacation with pool and pond


This lovely home offers lots of space and an open floor plan. We love it because it is minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park which has beaches, drive on beaches, nature activities, an activity center, disc golf, bike riding and more. The condo has a pool which is a great place to relax! The pond attracts ducks and heron so you can have fun watching the wildlife. The condo has a beautiful island and feels more spacious than most condos. Another reason we love this unit is because it is quiet and tucked away from your typical beach noise and traffic. Easy to come and go being right off rt 1 before the outlets. It sleeps 7 with 3 queen beds and 1 twin loft bunk bed.

Convenient community pool available for you to cool off off during those hot summer days. Relax in the living room with a serene view of the pond with native birds or watch one of our beach themed blu ray DVDs on a 55" flat screen TV. Feel free to link up your video streaming accounts on the smart TV. Or have a fun playing board games in the sun room or balcony.

Utilize the expansive kitchen and easily prepare meals for your family or friends. Take advantage of the beautiful island and seating off of the kitchen. Enough space to spread out with seating for the whole family in multiple areas. Three bedrooms with queen size beds. The living room has a smart TV with a Blu Ray DVD player. We have a collection of beach themed DVDs for your enjoyment! The unit is on the second floor with an elevator and also a stair case. We also have a cart you can use for transporting your bags to the unit.

Had a fun, much needed girls trip and this place was perfect for it! Condo was beautiful and owners were responsive with all of my questions I had. Recommend to anyone wanting to explore the Rehobeth area!

Spacious and clean condo located close to the beaches, downtown Lewes, shopping and restaurants. Pool was a nice added feature along with quaint balcony for reading and relaxing. Host was friendly and responded quickly every time! Would definitely return with my family.

Unit was very nice. Close enough and an easy drive to Lewes Beach. Pool was large, clean and close to unit. This was a family vacation (some of us from Atlanta) and we had a wonderful time together. Kitchen was well stocked.

The condo was just as the pictures showed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and how close we were from Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Great stay and a great host.

Host was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations for the area ahead of our visit. There is a lot to do in the area. Close to Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my girlfriends. We had a blast!

We had a great weekend at this location! It was clean, easy to find, and close to the beach and restaurants! Sandahl was so nice and gave great recommendations!

Everything was wonderful! Very nice & clean, pool closed but we enjoyed the area including the outlets & the beach area. Never have I had to bring my own blanket for the bed but I’m sure they are hard to keep clean . Fantastic stay, Thank you!

This owner needs to pay attention to detailsRefrigerator storage draw for meat must have had steak juice leak out of package and dried in draw and never cleaned. Refrigerator water dispenser broke, left brita water pitcher to use for fresh water. How do you know when filter was last changed? Sticker said January. No automatic ice cause water dispenser broke. Left 4 novelty ice cube trays. You needed one tray to fill a glass with ice.All the throw rugs in Condo have warn or no slip grip on the back of rugs .Entrance runner edges were curled up which creates a trip hazard. My guess is owners have not been in unit lately,however recently painted.Good location and pool area very nice and well kept.

Thank you for your feedback. I have been to the condo recently and noticed the rug curling up. I've tried to put heavy objects on it to flatten it out but it just curls up again. I will have to get a new entrance rug. The bath mats were cleaned prior to your stay, and are relatively new. There is a note on the fridge to use the Britta because when I purchased the condo, it was not clear when the filters were changed or when the water lines were last cleaned. To be safe I ask guests to use the Britta. I changed the filter about 3 months ago, and make sure its changed every 3 months or so. There should be a regular ice cube tray in addition to the shaped ice trays. I will purchase more ice cube trays also. Glad you enjoyed the pool and found it well kept. We take pride in the condo and wish for it to be perfect for guests!

Excellent Choice

The condo is really spacious and clean with lots of natural light. It's a short drive into the historic area of town and the beaches. It was perfect for our family weekend trip!

We had a great stay. The location of the condo was very convenient to food, activities and the beaches. The owner was quick to respond with anything we needed. She gave great recommendations for the area. Look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I live in Wilmington DE. We love visiting the beach, fishing, going to concerts and playing disc golf. I like being a host because I'm able to share our beautiful condo with other families who love the beach too. It is also a great way for us to provide for our 2 kids so we can make happy memories at the beach with family.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood right off of route 1 so its very convenient. You have the best of both worlds, easy access to the beach and restaurants but also very peaceful and quiet for relaxing by the pond or the pool. We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Cape Henlopen and Lewes beach and also because it is the first beach city if driving south, so it doesn't take as long to drive to. Oh, and its walking distance to Surf Bagel, so a big plus :)

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The pool is a huge plus. Also, the condo is walking distance to a winery, Surf Bagel, the liquor store, and close to the beach. Also, its hard to tell from the pictures but our condo is much wider and larger (sq footage) than all of the condos we looked at purchasing. There is a large sunroom with a balcony that overlooks the pond.
