Though cozy at 500 square feet, the space is thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private deck overlooking the scenic canal — the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind as boats glide by.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, making this space ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both bathrooms are clean and modern, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You'll be within a 5-10 minute walk to Lewes Beach, local shops, and a variety of restaurants, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and exploration. Location, location, location. This condo met our needs perfectly. The pool was wonderful as well when we needed a break from the beaches. Easily walk to 2nd Street for the shops and restaurants. The canal front viewing was endlessly entertaining.

We love this spot! Easy walk to the beach or town. Plenty of interesting boat and people watching from the balcony. Accommodations are just right for a family of four.

I received clear instructions to get into the property. It's compact but is very comfortable. Sitting on the back porch, watching the boats was very relaxing. I stayed here in 2024. The bathrooms have been updated and are beautiful. Restaurants and the beach are so close. When we didn't feel like dealing with the traffic and the crowds , we enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful location

The view off the back deck can't be beat. A short walk to the charming town, or the beach. We had a relaxing, beautiful week.

Great stay in an ideal location in Lewes. When we arrived, we found that someone had removed the battery in the smoke detectors (note to Vrbo guests: don't do this. We live in a society, people), but the host very quickly arranged to have someone replace them. We also missed the note at the bottom of the listing that sheets were not included, but the host very kindly came over and dropped off linens. Overall, it was a great stay with terrific service.

Great vacation spot

We had a great time. It was so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a nice spot too. The condo is not large but had all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats on the canal.

This is a nice little apartment in a great location with a pleasant view. Kitchen and family room have been nicely renovated and while the bathrooms are old and worn, they were clean and functional. Easy walk to the little town of Lewes or bike through Cape Henlopen Park or even to Rehoboth Beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Really charming/cute apartment.Kitchen had everything we needed, including both drip and fresh press coffee makers.we spent mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the canal. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to Lewes. Andrea was very responsive to any communications.

It's small and simple, but comfortable with a deck overlooking the canal and a great view of the sunset. It would have been helpful if the owner had told us that we needed to bring towels, sheets, and even soap.

Great Lewes stay

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located condo! Being right on the canal made for lovely slow mornings on the balcony and easy walks into downtown. The unit was perfect for our family of three — spacious enough, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and lunch. We appreciated having two bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and both an en-suite and a second full bathroom, which made things very convenient. While we didn’t use the pool, it’s a great added bonus for anyone looking to take a refreshing dip. Highly recommend!

Perfect Lewes base camp!

Loved this place! So relaxing to soak up the breezes and watch the boats and sunset from deck right off canal; so convenient to walk to canal-fronts restaurants, boat trips, bike rentals, downtown restaurants and shops! Rode our bikes and ran to beach, ferry, state park! Andrea was amazing and helped us get a partial refund when we had to leave early due to sickness in the family. We had everything we needed for a wonderful Lewes escape!

My husband and I loved it. Just as advertised. Central to downtown Lewes and the beach. We spent a lot of our time in Lewes at the condo just enjoying the view from our balcony. Everything we needed was there. Why go anywhere else. Access was simple and comms with the manager (and Sheets on the Beach) wasprompt and complete making our settling in and departure a breeze. Will not even consider another rental next time.
