Best spot in the Keys

Great stay! Super clean, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring the Keys. The host was friendly and responsive—would definitely come back!

Amazing family vacation on Little Torch Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and the size of the condo was also perfect for our family of 5. Our boys loved the pool and we enjoyed using the fitness center. We hope to return again for another fishing trip next summer.

Beautiful Beach House

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip! Very clean and great amenities. We enjoyed live music and drinks at Kiki’s, a day trip into key west, a day out in the water snorkeling at loo key and another day fishing. All around wonderful stay! Would highly recommend and stay again anytime!

Great stay

Great location for Loe Reef snorkeling. Boat rental as well as scuba/snorkeling rentals close by. Place very well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that are on property as well. Will definitely return. Bill the grounds keeper is the best!

3rd time here and coming back again

This is the third time we come and stay here. Joe is a great host and the location and property are both amazing. Near to do day trips to look key to dive and snorkel as well as to visit key west and Bahia Honda. Big pine key is across the channel and the key deer are always there.

Great Stay!

Had a few buddies for a long weekend at Little Torch for some lobstering and fishing. The townhouse was awesome! Great space. Great amenities. Can't beast it! Joe was so responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Quick Florida getaway

We loved our time in little torch key, condo was incredibly clean. Well equipped. Property had 2 very clean heated pools and fun amenities. Easy drive to key west. Loved Kiki’s sandbar, so cool that the property connects. If the water would have been more calm definitely would have used the complimentary kayaks. Noise from US 1 is initially annoying, but you get used to it.

Absolutely loved Little Torch Cottages! Will definitely be returning

Our family has been coming to the keys for many years but It was our first time staying in the lower keys. We were so happy to find Little Torch Cottages. This property is not only a showcase in that it is decorated beautifully but it is exceptionally clean and well maintained inside and out. Our cottage was stocked well and provided everything we needed! Very comfortable place to stay...it was a home away from home! It is a quite property and all permanent residents are very kind and friendly. Our views were spectacular and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock! We kept our boat off site but fishing in the area was phenomenal! Going home with lots of Hogfish! Loved working with Joe and will definitely be coming back soon!

Beautiful property in a lovely setting

We stayed for 3 nights on beautiful Little Torch Key. This is a beautiful townhome with ocean views, very nicely furnished. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped & toilet paper holder & towel rack on master bath fell out of the wall. We’ve stayed in VRBOs for 15+ years, this one had more issues than most, but we were disappointed in the communication with the manager. His answers were very brief overall, not friendly, which surprised us given the problems we had. They did equip the kitchen with more items but we were leaving the next day. They fixed the master bath items we left. They very promptly mailed us some items we forgot which we greatly appreciated. We loved the grounds & also Kiki’s next door that we could walk to in a nature path.

Perfect in every way

The arrangement of the home was perfect for our needs. My husband and I had the lovely master suite and our sister and friend had the room with twin beds. Having the extra quarter bath was helpful. The kitchen was easy for three people to work in at same time. Furniture and beds were comfortable. An extra hair dryer would have been helpful and although the dresser in the closet if the twin guest bedroom would be useful for some the ladies would have liked more space to hang clothes. We would have liked a a guide sheet available for connecting to the internet but. My husband found it on the modem. These are minor suggestions. Loved it.!

Wonderful and Relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Little Torch Key. The cottage was nicely furnished and quite comfortable, and we loved having the water front balconies on both levels. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided. The property has a lovely, warm swimming pool right next to this unit with fun activities like kayaks and bikes available for use.. Although the location is close to Highway 1, the cottage is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen could use a few more things - a larger skillet and saucepan and a few more kitchen towels but otherwise it was great. We highly recommend the Galley Grill restaurant for breakfast - try their sweet potato/sausage hash and homemade biscuits! Kiki’s was also fun and it was really nice to be able to walk back to the cottage on the connecting nature path after a margarita (or two) in the evening! We’d also recommend the Chinese food place near the Winn Dixie on Big Pine Island, as well as Goldberg’s deli in Key West - great breakfast menu and delicious bagels. We would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our time, beautiful view, quite , they have kayaks and bicycles you can use while you’re there. The property could’ve used a few more towels nice towels, other than that everything was wonderful. Close enough to Key West where you could travel back-and-forth for the day. Would definitely go to this property again.

Paradise on Little Torch!

What a perfect location! Close enough to Key West but far enough if you want a quiet retreat, 30 min drive. Beautiful state Park Bahia Honda for the most beautiful beach just 10 min drive north. Townhouse was clean, well maintained and decorated. Situated right on the water, dock footsteps away for fishing or boating. Quiet little neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Nice property

The property is very nice. The unit is in a apartment complex with shared amenities. The amenities are really nice. Pool, kayaks, hammocks, bocce ball and outdoor games. If you bring a bot be aware that it is kept tied along dock outside unit and not in protected harbor. Property manager was nice enough to allow us to put our boat in the protected harbor when it was very windy and choppy one day. The unit itself is very well stocked and nicely decorated. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The floors especially left your feet dirty. The outside area of home is a fine fine sand so that may be the issue as it is tracked inside inevitably. Overall a nice contemporary unit with great amenities and access to a cool restaurant next door!

Another amazing week!

My family and I stayed another week in Little Torch Cottages after a previous stay and it was amazing. The cottage was beautiful and on the water with great covered parking and excellent fishing and Kiki’s Restaurant next door. We went diving and snorkeling Looe Key and it was 3 mins to the dive shop. We will keep coming back here!
