Little Torch Key

This property is amazing! Very, very clean and immaculate. It has a beautiful view and lots of wonderful things to do. Also the property manager is great to work with.

Fishing trip

Very nice property. Good layout. It’s a clean functional place to stay in the Keys. The waterfront unit is nice because the sun rises over the water and the balconies are shaded for sunset. Convenient for a fishing trip. The washer dryer is a plus. Beds and bedding were comfortable.

Loved it

As someone who grew up going to the keys often, it’s hard to impress our family. Location, view, cleanliness, all amazing! The property had so many amenities, like corn hole, large checkers, etc. It’s the little things! 11/10

Waterfront condo lower keys

We enjoyed our stay here overall. We liked the unit though it is somewhat small. We wanted to cook our dinners here, and the kitchen has limited kitchen equipment. The knives were particularly poor quality. For anyone with disabilities, there are two big stairways that must be used going into the condo and also going to the bedrooms. There is a bar next door that was very loud one night until 10:30pm. We could feel the vibrations inside the house, not to mention the noise. The pool was nice and we used it daily. The waterfront view is of a channel and the bridge crossing onto Little Torch Key.

Great property in Little Torch Key

Enjoyed the condo for our vacation. Had many amenities and was very comfortable. Entire renting process was effortless. Highly recommend this unit.

Great family hangout

Lots of on-site simple touches like ocean side fire pit, hammock, and wildlife observation. Games to play. VRBO rentals on on waterfront and have porches on both floors. If your goal is to be around the property, this is a great option. It is close to the major road, so traffic sound is noticeable. Grounds crew is very helpful. Bill provided lots of good info. There are just enough dishes for 6 for a meal and so we used the dishwasher all the time. They did not provide enough soap for that, hand soaps, and for the shower. Location was good. Close enough to Key west for a day trip, far enough down the island for the character. Tourist thoughts Capt. Hooks has 2 locations, one 2 minutes away and one in Marathon 50 minutes. Good company but make sure to select the tour in Looe key or conveniece. Blue hole was interesting but has only 2 gators, and they don't appear to show themselves much. Set expectations properly. Bike tour of Key West was a good change of pace.

Perfect Place

This property was everything it claimed to be. The location was lovely. The water view was beautiful and allowed me to watch my husband and dad fish from the dock. I will definitely book this vacation rental again.

Great Little Torch Key Spot

Usually stay on Big Pine but this neighborhood on Little Torch Key was so much better. Great location and amenities…and love the private path to restaurant next door. That came in handy several times.

Perfection

It was hard to leave. Perfect location from which to explore the lower Keys from Marathon to Key West. Captivating views of the channel between Big Pine Key and Little Torch. Close to basic amenities. Two pools. Beach chairs available to take to Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park. Manatees in the Marina. And so much more. We loved the place.

Perfect! Couldn’t be better.

Literally on the beach. One nice warm swimming pool is conveniently located next to the unit. There are two pools to choose from. So many things to do. The townhouse was spic and span, from top to bottom. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay!

Little Torch Cottages were just as advertised! We had a great time and enjoyed having access to all the amenities. Townhome was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Property manager was easily accessible. Enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony. Having Kiki’s Sandbar Restaurant so close was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time! Great friends made!

Had an awesome time at the property. Check in was smooth, as was check out. Perfect location for a family Keys vacation with your boat. We made great friends with some of the permanent residents at the community who took us in like family! Can’t wait to go back!

Unit 20 Summer Stay

Beautiful property & wonderful hosts. I would have unit painted as it’s way overdue with tons of scuff marks all over the wall, floors left your feet completely black on the bottoms and the sofa sleeper is in bad need of replacement or deep clean. I would suggest leaving not only a broom which we found but some type of mop for the floor or swifter with wet wipes to touch up while tenants are staying. A few new pots and pans as the ones on site were pretty old and not a big enough pot to cook for a family. Otherwise everything else was perfect! ❤️

Great property, needs better cleaning

The unit was very comfortable with a great view of the water and to Big Pine Key. The neighborhood is well kept and just a 1 minute walk to Kiki’s Sandbar Grill. The only complaint is cleanliness - the floors were so dirty our feet and socks turned black, there was mold in the master shower, and drawers hadn’t been cleaned (we even found socks and shorts from the previous renter). The doors also need some adjustment as they’re prone to stick. These issues aside we still highly recommend this property, it just needs a thorough and consistent cleaning. We did not ask management to address the cleaning because we did nothing want cleaners in the property once we were occupying it due to covid concerns.

Could be excellent

We love this property, hope to return too, but as a property manager and owner of a cleaning company, we could not ignore the lack of cleanliness and “tired” condition of the property. Online the pictures look brand new and very clean, but filthy cabinets, drawers, floors, and upholstery were disappointing. In addition, the beds squeaked a lot, toilet seat covers that didn’t fit, a lack of proper kitchen cookware, and overall dinginess left a lot to be desired. We hope to be back and very much hope to find the property has received some TLC.

Great location, nice townhome!

We stayed here in March 2021 and were so pleased with the whole experience. Nice townhome, beautiful water frontage. No beach but a nice sandy area with chairs and yard games. 2 pools and covered parking. Location is great, easily come and go to other Keys. It’s not busy and loud like other Keys. We would definitely rent this unit again. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with owner was good and simple.

Perfect for boaters. Beautiful unit with great sunrises over the water every morning. Nice little boat marina with a ramp for launching. We’ll be back next year!

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was perfect. Timely response from property manager. Immediate help with a couple of things that we needed at the condo. Friendly employees. Beautiful property with everything you need and more! Can’t wait to come back!
