Down in the front range for a wedding weekend, and the house was conveniently located for all the events we attended. It was a little difficult to find the first time, but easy access to get around. House was clean and kitchen was stocked nicely. Nice to have a fenced yard for the pups!

Great location for access to trails, stores, Golden. So nice to have use of the garage. Helpful host! This is a repeat visit for us.

Location is perfect for quick access to the mountains, Golden, Red Rocks, and Denver.House is very large and can accommodate a family easily. Kitchen is easy to move around in, even with multiple people. Refrigerator is large, backyard is fenced and there is a small doggie door.Fabulous that we could use the garage!! Made loading and unloading a breeze and we felt more secure with our vehicle.We really appreciated having cable tv and streaming tv!!Communication was perfect and timely!Would absolutely stay again!

Friend Group trip to Red Rocks made easy and spacious! Plenty of room for 6. Fabulous location - ease to airport, hiking, bars/restaurants and, of course, RED ROCKS! Great communication with host.

Spacious and a short drive to downtown Golden. We rented this house because of the location. We wanted to be close to our daughter who lives in Denver and also close to Golden which has a nice town. The house was very spacious. It also had a big backyard that’s fenced in for our daughter’s dog. We didn’t have to worry about the dog at all. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The house was a little dull as far as decor goes but otherwise was well appointed. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. It was only about 25 minutes to downtown Denver. Overall I’d say the location and size of the house were big pluses for us! The owner lives next door and was very responsive for any questions we had. We also had access to the garage which was very nice since it rained an entire day during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable updated house. Had everything we needed and more. Owner very attentive and nice clear instructions. Prefect comfy base camp location for Red Rocks adventures. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable and affordable house near Golden

Large house close to Golden and shopping center. Comfortable beds and basic necessities made this perfect for a family home base. Owner was very communicative and flexible with check-in/out times.

Great place for family meetup

We stayed here for a college graduation. The place was perfect for our family and grandparents. Loved the main living area for hanging out together. Rooms were spacious and nice that everyone had their own space.

Great place

We loved staying at this house. Fit our whole group and plenty of space, beds and bathrooms! This house is definitely centrally located and minutes from everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Host and Beautiful House

Tom was very responsive when booking and met us shortly after we arrived to the house to answer any questions. Clean and spacious house in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We will definitely book again!

Great location and communication

This is our second time staying at this property and highly recommend it. Tom is great communicating and made the process easy. The house was perfect for visiting our daughter while at Mines. It’s minutes from everything in Golden and just a few blocks from trails for some easy in town hikes.

We appreciate that great review - consistent with most guests' comments and in contrast with a few. (Some people arrive with intent to do harm you know? That's just life.) The house is indeed minutes from Golden but in a quiet seemingly secluded spot. We've lived in the neighborhood for years and love it. Hope to see you again.

Stay in Golden

We came to Golden for a wedding. This home was perfect for our needs. Communication with the host was great. We liked having the use of a garage. The home is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Golden.

Best House!

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving in Golden Colorado. The house was perfect. It’s large, very clean and well-maintained. The owner was hospitable and very friendly. Linens were fresh, kitchen dishes were available. Fantastic house and he’ll definitely stay there again!
