Newly built in 2016, this spacious place can accommodate eight adults in comfort. Sunny and bright with vast window exposure in all directions. Watch the sun rise on the east horizon, then see it set into the Front Range foothills to the west. High ceilings, immaculate oak floors, granite counters, stainless appliances. The open living/dining floor plan is great for gatherings, while three well separated bedrooms are quiet and private. More than 2,000 square feet of living space and everything is new! Beds and pillows, linens and towels. A firm leather sectional sofa and heavy bar-height dining furniture. A high efficiency furnace and central A/C.Cable TV and high speed wi-fi. Barbecue in the big, fully fenced back yard. Park in the attached garage and avoid the weather. Stroll at any hour around this peaceful, rural-like neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Denver.

Friend Group trip to Red Rocks made easy and spacious! Plenty of room for 6. Fabulous location - ease to airport, hiking, bars/restaurants and, of course, RED ROCKS! Great communication with host.

Comfortable and affordable house near Golden

Large house close to Golden and shopping center. Comfortable beds and basic necessities made this perfect for a family home base. Owner was very communicative and flexible with check-in/out times.

Great place for family meetup

We stayed here for a college graduation. The place was perfect for our family and grandparents. Loved the main living area for hanging out together. Rooms were spacious and nice that everyone had their own space.

Great place

We loved staying at this house. Fit our whole group and plenty of space, beds and bathrooms! This house is definitely centrally located and minutes from everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Host and Beautiful House

Tom was very responsive when booking and met us shortly after we arrived to the house to answer any questions. Clean and spacious house in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We will definitely book again!

Great location and communication

This is our second time staying at this property and highly recommend it. Tom is great communicating and made the process easy. The house was perfect for visiting our daughter while at Mines. It’s minutes from everything in Golden and just a few blocks from trails for some easy in town hikes.

We appreciate that great review - consistent with most guests' comments and in contrast with a few. (Some people arrive with intent to do harm you know? That's just life.) The house is indeed minutes from Golden but in a quiet seemingly secluded spot. We've lived in the neighborhood for years and love it. Hope to see you again.

Stay in Golden

We came to Golden for a wedding. This home was perfect for our needs. Communication with the host was great. We liked having the use of a garage. The home is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Golden.

Best House!

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving in Golden Colorado. The house was perfect. It’s large, very clean and well-maintained. The owner was hospitable and very friendly. Linens were fresh, kitchen dishes were available. Fantastic house and he’ll definitely stay there again!

Great layout and perfect location for us.

The house was in a perfect location for what we needed. The layout of the house was terrific. The kitchen could stand to be stocked a little better, especially with silverware and dinnerware. Plenty of cookware, even had a crockpot, which came in handy. We had a lot of game nights and the dining table was perfect! We also were able to park in the garage, so that was a big plus!

Thanks for recognizing the advantages of the house layout and location. The stock of silverware tends to "shrink" over time, so thanks for raising that issue. We have already taken steps to correct it.

Great house, easy access to I-70, quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful house that has been well taken care of. Access to I-70 is nearly immediate but far enough away to provide nighttime quiet. The property owner lives next door and is quick to respond. He worked with a small issue we had with the doggie door and it was handled within 15 minutes.The beds were super comfortable. You can sink into the couch. Full House access.

We are repeat guests

This is our second visit. We are from NH and have adult daughters in Colorado. The house has comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen. A fenced in back yard for dogs. A large driveway for 3-4 cars plus a garage if you choose to park inside. Close to the highway and grocery and other shopping.

“Golden” Location

This home is very well maintained and was a great “home base” for my group to experience Denver and the surrounding area. The town of Golden has many wonderful things to do. There was quick access to downtown Denver, and also easy to access the trails/parks west of Denver. There are multiple restaurants and stores within 5 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. Tom was super helpful with any questions we had and made it easy to check in! Would definitely stay again on my next visit!

Thanks for your comprehensive review. As you say, Golden itself has a great downtown area with nice restaurants, a couple of microbreweries, and a historic music venue (the Buffalo Rose), newly renovated. It's nice to be recognized for all the area has to offer.
