“All Decked Out”

“All Decked Out” is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (sleeps 10) that sits on 3/4 acre with a great view of the state park and the Gulf of Mexico! There is Trex decking on the porch and south side of the home that features an extended sun deck with miles of unobstructed views of the beach! Great for sunbathing and cocktails or watching the sunrise over the water while sipping coffee. Our 3/4 acre lot provides a spacious yard for outdoor activities. We are only a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minute drive from all of Galveston’s main attractions and fine dining!

Cleanliness under par. Had to pick up beer bottles and trash.

Mitch was well equipped as well as updated appliances. Odors and mold downstairs. Beds were excellent and clean. Had to buy washcloths and no soap in bathrooms. AC was perfect.

Family vacay

I was told there would be linens and fully supplied kitchen but we barely had enough towels for everyone to take one shower then we had to wash them for next day. There were no wash clothes available! The pots and pans in the kitchen were very worn out and old. The house was nice and in good location. I sent a message to the property manager on friday but did not get a response at all.

Family Vacation

The beach house was great. Plenty of grassy area for the kids to run and play. We loved the deck with the long table with enough seating for all us. We loved drinking our morning coffee watching and listening to the ocean. The beach was a walkable distance for most, but we could drive those that couldn't. The Galveston State Park beach bordered at the end of Jamaica Beach. So we walked or drove to the Jamaica beach side, but set up on the State Park side and had what seemed like the whole beach to ourselves ever day (this was suggested to do by a local resident, because alcohol and driving on the state park beach was not allowed). There was plenty of comfortable beds for all of us. We were very pleased and hope to return next year.

Thought the decks were a little quirky but it was not a problem. Anything we didn’t bring , we were able to find, such as kitchen utensils. Ample towels and linens. Little mix up with keys but not really a problem. Beds were ample, in fact we didn’t even us them all of them. Would recommend this property to anyone who is considering it!!!

Perfect family getaway

We had space for everyone to be together , but also enough separate areas to give you time to recover from all the “ togetherness”. It is a quiet and peaceful place for a family reunion/ vacation.

Family Summer Vaca

Wonderful place, clean with lots of room inside as well as outside for the kids to run and play! Right down the road from the public beach and so much to do! Absolutely enjoyed our stays

Overall it was ok however there was no toilet paper left in the restrooms or trash bags. Would have liked a warning about how bad the mosquitoes were so we would have been prepared for them.

Great proximity to beach

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room, and we loved getting to drive on to the beach for plenty of water time for the kiddos.

Deck views

It’s a great house, with an amazing deck! The views aren’t the best with an apartment in front but still see the beach. The host had a good set up & made our time easy / relaxing.

Very nice home

This home was very clean and appealing. A short walk from the beach with beach views from the front windows upstairs. This is a great home for large groups.

Great for Multi-family

We stayed with our son and daughter and their families. It was great having a bathroom for each family and plenty of beds. Great location, away from the crowd but close enough to walk to the beach. There were a few minor things that need attention but we were able to let the owner know so they would be able to correct for the next guests. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Getaway

Perfect location and the kids loved having the downstair little "apartment" to hang out in when we weren't at the beach. The porch area was an amazing place to spend time! We really emjoyed our stay and the hosts were helpful with everything!!
