Welcome to "Beach Breezes" with an Ocean View From Deck!

Pack your beach bag and chair because this home is only one block from the beach! Just steps where you can enjoy lounging in the sun or swimming for the kids. This retreat comes fully equipped for your beach vacation. Everything from a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, WIFI, cable TV and games for the family! The retreat has four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with private baths and access to the outdoor decks. The other two bedrooms are perfect for children with twins bed. All bedrooms are equipped with cable television.

This home sleeps 8 to 10 people.

Minimum age requirement is 25 years of age.

Family Reunion

We arrive in a tropical storm, the location and house were good for our family. One person had to sleep on the couch (9 in all). We enjoyed our stay outside of the AC being on the blink, the management team had several people out quickly to see if it could be repaired. It does need some updating and we could not figure out how to get the TV’s in the bedrooms to work.

Multi-generational family vacation

The house was exactly what was pictured in the listing. We usually visit Galveston a couple of times a year and have stayed at several beach houses. The family agreed that this one fitted our needs perfectly. It’s an easy walk to the beach, has two large balconies with views of the gulf, and is in a beautiful well maintained neighborhood.

Family Fun!

We had a great time in Galveston. Located extremely close to the beach. Had coffee on the balcony and could see the waves come in. Close enough to town to eat and yet far enough to enjoy a private beach.

Loved the home and the view!

We had a great time, although our trip was cut short due to an unexpected circumstance. Great communication, easy check-in, awesome view, and great little neighborhood. The beach was clean and moderately full with families but easy to get your own little space. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

Fantastic House!

There were 10 of us celebrating my sons 13 bday and the location was perfect. Away from heavy Seawall traffic and 5 minute walk to beach. Family movie night was a little hard since the tv in the living room is a bit small but no complaints…thanks!

Fun in the Sun

Excellent location for a Summer beach vacation. The beach was clean, not crowded, no cars allowed and very walkable. It was a short 2 minute walk which was appreciated by our group which included 3 children (10, 6 and 2 years old). The property was clean and just fit our group of 5 adults and the 3 little people. There is an outdoor shower which was very handy after a day at the beach.

Great location.

We had a great family time at the beach house. The location was excellent, allowing us to quickly walk back and forth to the beach within minutes. The view was outstanding. The house was well supplied with kitchen equipment and with toys, games, and beach gear too. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fell a little short

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and quick walk to the beach. A couple suggestions would be to update the interior and have quality towels within the bathrooms. .

Family Beach Vacation

We had such a good time! The beach was a very short walk away. We all enjoyed the new leather sectional in the living room and all the new furniture on the deck. We were able to eat outside and play games on the new table and chairs.

Great Stay

We really loved this house and location, our family do this trip every spring break and this was voted our favorite house in the last 5 years. The place is beautiful, fully equipped for your trip. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't a big fan of the property manager, she called me the wrong name, demanded that we sign additional paperwork and more than a week out was threatening not to send us the welcome paperwork. The welcome paperwork turned out to not be accurate and when I highlighted this to the property manager, the response was very 'whatever'. She was also not very knowledgeable about the location, like whether they had a grill or not. During the stay another group showed up claiming they rented the place, which was very awkward. I don't know what happened and they eventually left. Overall, great place and another wonderful trip.

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!

We had the best little getaway with our kiddos! This house is just steps from the beach, and the views from the house are amazing. You get full ocean view from most spots in the house. It was the nicest and cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at in Pirate’s Beach (this was our 6th property in this area). And extremely well equipped! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we had a blast using the beach chairs, buckets, flash lights and nets for crab hunting. I can’t say enough about this place. The patio is great for meals!!! The sting ray kite that’s in the storage room was one of the highlights (it was in perfect condition) and our kids were over the moon. No of us wanted to leave :) THANK YOU for sharing this hidden gem with us!!! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip

The house was great. And the short distance to the beach was wonderful. We loved having a bed room on the main floor for my dad. However, it did seem short on towels. There didn't seem to be any for the kitchen.
