Semi-Oceanfront Home w/ Private Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball. Watch the Waves Crest

SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves- O'Neal Rd. -You'll enjoy ocean and sound views in this beautiful semi-oceanfront beach home with direct beach access - located closer to the beach than some oceanfronts! The ground level has a double concrete drive/carport and all weather entry. The first level has three spacious bedrooms (1 master with queen and TV/DVD) and second bath off the hallway. The upper level has a second queen bedroom with large, covered balcony that overlooks the sound and semi-private full bath with Jacuzzi. The living/dining area is light and open with vaulted ceiling and juniper wainscoting, and the kitchen is equipped for serious cooking. The great room opens to a large wraparound sundeck, covered porch, and ships watch.

Overall a fantastic stay!! We initially had a small issue and the property manager responded immediately and resolved it. The house is very clean and updated. Kitchen is very well stocked and updated. The beach is a short walk (less than 5mins) and the home is located in a quiet area but also not far from several great restaurants, coffee shops and local stores. My kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub (and the float toys provided!) & basketball hoop. My only complaint was that linen is not included since we booked August 31-Sept 6. But this would not deter me from booking again this time of year. I just didn’t pay attention to that fact when booking my vacation. So just a heads up! Highly recommend this house!

This house worked perfectly for our family of nine people. The house was clean and had plenty of space. It was wonderful having linens and towels already provided for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we spent lots of time enjoying both. The access to the beach was tricky because of prior winter storms. The beach was very eroded and a steep dropoff from the top of the dunes, so we ended up driving a little further south to the national seashore access and going out on the beach there.Overall, the house was great. It has a wonderful crows nest and new decking to enjoy the sunrises.
