Our family was extremely pleased with Breeze Bay. The location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds were all exceptional. We highly recommend! The sound access and equipment were terrific, which , of course, makes the beach access a bit more challenging unless you have a vehicle that can drive you right onto the beach using a nearby beach access ramp!

Absolutely loved this house. It was a great fit for our group. It has a beautiful view of the cove on the sound side. Walking distance to the beach. Restaurant around the corner. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful.

Aside from a very very very minor hiccup on the first day where the ethernet cable was loose in the cable modem due to broken clip, our stay was fantastic. Our host responded almost immediately when I sent a message about the wifi problem. The house is in great shape and very clean when we first arrived. This is a great getaway that is calmer than the busier locations around the OBX (e.g. much less busy than Nags Head). The Food Lion is a short drive for groceries. There are plenty of local places for dining. Very short drive to beach access along the ocean side. The house itself is right on the sound. Kayaks are available at the house for guest use. The hot tub in the screened-in room overlooking the inlet from the sound is a nice perk.We have stayed here many times in the past, and we will definitely be back!

Great location. Tons to do.

Three couples enjoyed this home for a few days. Enjoyed kayaking, fishing, cards, hot tub and all the decks. Would stay here again.

The owner is very responsive and wants your stay to be the best it can be. The kitchen is well stocked with every needed appliance. We loved the many balconies and beautiful views. The beaches are not crowded, and the kayaks were a hit on the sound side.

Property is very nice. We enjoyed the house. Kids used kayaks and paddle board. Will book again in a few years. Drive from CT is brutal.

Spring Break

The location was excellent and the house was perfect for what we were looking for (sound side and more of the area that was less commercialized). The owner was easily accessible, and we definitely would recommend this property (& area) for other families visiting the Outer Banks

Great for family

Wonderful location! The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Owner is very responsive to questions. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay.

Great family rental

Fantastic rental for a young family. Space in the yard for kids to play, endless hours spent fishing off dock and kayaking around the sound.

Perfect Weekend Trip

Perfect for a quick trip with my buddies. House was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. Also Dan was very responsive if we had any questions.

Great stay for vacation

We enjoyed the house. The fact that its on the water and you can do so many activities is awesome. The club/beach access is a 3 min drive away, and definitely a nice amenity. Highly recommend.

If you like kayaking, paddle boarding, wind boarding, or jet skiing, this place is perfect. If you just like a nice quiet place with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this place is for you..
