Beautiful view! This property is right on the beach. The pools are heated, and it was not crazy busy. We had no problems getting chairs by the pool at any time of day. Very relaxing! This place was also well stocked with spices, extra sunscreen, grocery bags, and pool floats. It is close to restaurants, and nearly everywhere people speak English. We had a great stay and would love to visit again.

Oceanfront Paradise

First off, the location is perfect. Oceanfront, plus conveniently located within walking distance to some great restaurants/cafes. Place was clean and well stocked. Would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful 100% ocean view condo. Ocean breeze and could hear the ocean. Patio furniture was very comfortable.Pool area was very relaxing. Condo was very clean. It wasn't too far from several markets. The owner kept in touch and responded to questions. All and all, it was wonderful!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Complex!

Spent a week here on very short notice. Todd was very flexible and helpful. The condo was very much as advertised. Very well equipped kitchen and electronics. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Spent most of our time out there watching the fishermen and the waves. Beautiful pool area, very well landscaped with trees and flowers. Many very good restaurants in the area, as well as Mega just 2 blocks away. Location is the best..on the edge of town, on a very long stretch of the best beach, absolutely perfect!

My family stayed here for a week and had a great experience. We were there with our twin 15 year old boys and they loved it too. The views are absolutely stunning, just like the listing photos, and the setting is very beautiful and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and spending time out on the balconies watching the ocean. The condo itself is comfortable and well, equipped, with TVs in both bedrooms, cozy couches, and comfortable beds. The complex is beautifully maintained, and the pool is a real highlight with outdoor BBQ’s ( that are cleaned daily). It’s definitely more of a calm, laid-back environment with an older crowd, so it’s ideal if you’re looking to lounge and relax rather than a lively, party atmosphere. The location is excellent, right at the start of the hotel zone, so you’re close to everything but still removed from the noise and crowds.We were glad we rented a car, as it’s a bit of a walk from the front gate to the unit. Having a car made it much easier to get around and explore. While grocery stores are technically within walking distance, driving is far more convenient. We especially recommend City Market over La Comer for all groceries, fish, meats, coffee, pastries, and gelato.The owner’s recommendations were spot on and very much appreciated. The kitchen was equipped well and vacuum foodsaver was perfect for us since we caught fish and stored it fresh. We can’t wait for return!

Great Cabo Getaway...amazing view and location

Booked a last minute trip for my wife, my daughter, and me. This unit was perfect. The separate bedrooms with attached baths were great...the view/location were perfect. Spent our mornings on the balcony watching the surf. The complex had everything we would expect and was not crowded (NOTE: we went during the low season) and definitely felt like it be more mellow even during the high season. We had easy access to the grocery store and could walk to many restaurants. Taxis were easy; just across the street, and Uber was always close. 10 minute ride to Centro San Jose or under 15 to the marina. Finally, Todd was a great host. Always in communication with us. Checking in regularly and very responsive. Would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it highly.

There are not enough words to describe our EXCELLENT stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described, pictures do not do it justice! From the moment we walked in, we had that "we are home" feeling. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, spices etc. Although we only used the primary bedroom, the bed was very comfy, pillows/linens/towels were great. We spent most of our evenings on the deck staring out at the beach/ocean. What a joy each evening would bring watching engagements, weddings, birthdays etc. When I say this, keep in mind that there was no noise/partying accompanying these moments. We would eat supper early in anticipation of what would be happening each evening. The area/complex we found quiet & relaxing, everyone was friendly, & helpful if we had questions. Within walking distance of large grocery store, and if you are up for it, about 30 minute walk to the town center plaza. Many stops on the way to grab a cold one if needed. Uber was our friend if we did not feel like walking, or if we needed to venture further away; always prompt & reasonable. Host was great at communicating. We were looking for tranquility, rest, relaxation, sun, beach, ocean - this property fulfilled all these and PLUS. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Had a fantastic 3 weeks this past winter. Todd was an excellent, responsive host who addressed every question we had. The only issue we had was some noise from our neighbours above us, and Todd took care of it immediately. The location is super quiet Sunday to Friday, but Friday and Saturday nights were quite active. My husband and I really enjoyed watching all of the celebrations (proposals, baby gender reveals, weddings, etc) during these days, and by 10:30pm everything was nice and peaceful for sleeping.Perfectly clean. Gorgeous view. We loved listening to the waves crashing against the shore. No full direct sunlight in the condo, but got some wonderful morning sun on the balcony. We had some unbelievable shows put on by the whales in the mornings! We will 100% return to this condo and rent from Todd again. He visited briefly near the end of our stay, and we got to see for ourselves his dedication in keeping the property in excellent condition. There was enough equipment in the kitchen that I could do some proper cooking and baking during our stay. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers were large and hot. Everything was there for us to enjoy the ocean and pools. Cleaning items like a mop and vacuum was available for us to keep things nice and tidy.Loved our holiday. Best holiday, and location, we have ever stayed.

All About The Views

We stayed at Todd's condo for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is the best as you can walk to the grocery stores and many nice restaurants and coffee shops. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the views, even spotted a couple of whales. This condo really does have the best views of any of the other ones in the complex. The grounds are immaculate as are the pools. There were always available pool chairs and umbrellas. The security people are friendly and helpful. We didn't need a car as we walked or caught the local bus in front of the complex. Todd was very easy to deal with and kept in contact before and during our stay. Can't wait to return to this little bit of paradise. Thanks Todd for sharing with us.

Fantastic!

Everything was great in this condo. the location is amazing and close to amenities for day to day and a nice 30 minute walk to the square. The view and balcony were absolutely amazing to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. This spot was just what we wanted...beach front, relaxing, and quiet. The set up was perfect for us and corner unit balcony was large and comfortable with spectacular views. We look forward to being back next year!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

Todd was great about communicating with us and gave us many helpful ideas on where to eat and what to do. The Las Mananitas complex is beautifully maintained with many areas to sit and enjoy the ocean view or the sparkling pools. The condo is clean, updated, well maintained and boasts a stellar oceanfront location. The ample comfortable seating areas on the patios provide inviting places to read and listen to the surf. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our time there was relaxing and enjoyable.

Loved this Condo

Everything was perfect in this condo itself...The view and balcony were absolutely amazing. Everything we needed was available to us. We picked this spot cause we wanted beach front and peace and quite...being away from Cabo. The set up was perfect for us and the furnishings and corner unit balcony were to die for. We hope to come back again soon!

Ideal spot, great clean condo, super view, and easy beach access

This is not the first time I have been to this area however this was the best accommodations and location I have stayed. We traveled with another couple who had never been to Cabo area. We were all very pleased with Todd's condo here at Las Mananitas. The condo had a fantastic view of the ocean and we had whales in front of the condo almost everyday. The deck was extra nice as it provided space for both couples, great outdoor furniture and a dining table where we could soak up the scenery during dinner or drinks. Being right on the beach was the best and on the third level made you feel safe. Nice to have guards walking around all the time. The condo was very well appointed with great matching furniture and super clean. Very good wifi and TV reception with Dish. The big grocery store was just a short walk away with everything we needed at very good prices. The grocery store, Comer, had awesome prepared foods and very fresh fish. If you didn't feel like cooking but didn't want to go out, it had it all. We can't say enough about the condo, it's location, the views, security, and Todd's follow up with a call making sure all was fine. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Todd!!!

Sublime comfort

This is one of those places that you never want to leave. Every aspect of this home is ideal. Anything you might need or want is there at your fingertips. The kitchen is great for food prep. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Great sound system. The master bedroom is 5 star quality. The 2nd bedroom is just as lovely. However, the real gem is the amazing balcony and views. We spent most of our time perched on one of the many seating options. We stayed up late every night simply because we didn't want to come inside! I just can't say enough about how great a place this is for absolute peace and quiet. The pools below were so serene and refreshing. The staff was so friendly and the grounds were emmaculate. Just minutes away in walking distance were some great restaurants and of course the expansive La Comer. We never used a bus or taxi while there but one could see that they were readily available. Todd was very kind and helpful. He was able to answer any of our questions along the way which was much appreciated since this was our first trip to the area. We can't wait to return. Daydreaming of wonderful memories each day.

Perfect unit at a perfect location!

This unit is great for a family of 4 or two couples with a spectacular view. It always pays to search for quiet units with a view when traveling. The every room is spacious and the balcony is large enough for 50 people...well you get the point. Todd is very responsive answering to questions. We rented a car and explored the various restaurants. Favorite was Las Lupitas shrimp taco. OMG!

Just spent 2 weeks at this condo and loved every minute. Great weather, location and accommodations. 1st time here and will definitely come back. The location is secluded and yet right on the beach. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I will recommend this sight to all my friends.

Great digs on the beach!

I have been renting this Condo for over 6 years each year, coming to Las Mananitas for over 1o, and will continue to come back to this gorgeous condo next year as well! The condo has one of the best locations in all of San Jose del Cabo - easy access to everything, yet far enough up the beach to offer seclusion. Being right on the beach, it is great to fall asleep listening to the waves crash a few feet away! Todd is a wonderful host and frequently call just to make sure everything is OK. Ask him where to buy the best tequila in town, as he is a recognized expert :) The condo is great! Very spacious and constantly being renovated. We are surprised every year to see what new addition, feature or update he has added. The only downside to the whole arrangement is the day we have to pack to go to the airport and head home...

What a Fantastic Place!

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and well furnished. Sitting on the large balcony gazing out over the beach at the azure blue Sea of Cortes. Doesn't get any better than that! The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The maintenance staff, the grounds crew, and the very professional security staff were top notch, always friendly and helpful. The location is super and, as others have posted, just a short walk from the Mega Store, and a nice little Italian ice shop. Cabs and busses are easy to catch right outside the gate. We really enjoyed the pace of San Jose Del Cabos. Head downtown ("El Centro" of "La Playa") for great food and fun shopping. We had enjoyable interaction with the very friendly and courteous locals who seemed genuinely appreciative of our presence and patronage. While we enjoyed and prefered the more relaxed pace of San Jose, if you want to sample a little faster pace and additional activities, Cabo San Lucas is just a 25-30 minute cab ride away. We just can't say enough about our wonderful stay and highly recommend Las Mananitas. Thank you Todd and Julie!

Extremely nice furnishing for a rental condo.

From the plush towels, down pillows and memory foam to the great service we received from the owners, this was by far the most comfortable place we have stayed. I loved the large well appointed master and naps on the main balcony chaises, where I always found some shade for the heat of the afternoon. Lingering meals at the large outdoor dining table or grilling by the pool were my favorite. Cooking was no problem in the completely up to date kitchen. Coffee in the morning on our private master balcony, Plenty of privacy for 2 couples or more. The extra blow-up mattress works great for kids in the living room, if needed. Mega (Mexixcan Walmart), a short walk away has an awesome bakery and pretty much anything you need. Starbucks, ice-cream, spa's, salons, clothing shops, cafes and a limited amount of nightlife/bar scene all within a couple of blocks outside Las Mananitas' entry. *Tip, after a few days learned to walk through the center of the property and not through the parking lot to get up to the entrance...its a prettier walk. Explore the property and gym the fist day. We will be back.
