Truly beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has an occupancy of up to 6 guests in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una ocupación maxima de 6 invitados en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!

Sonoran Spa es uno de los más hermosos resorts en Rocky Point, México, ofreciendo excelentes vistas sobre áreas comunes y piscina con vista a las palmeras y al encantador Mar de Cortés. Hay una hermosa vista al mar infinito con paisajes de la vista a la distancia del malecon y un bar que sirve excelentes bebidas. La seguridad en el lugar de trabajo es de veinticuatro horas para su seguridad. El complejo incluye cancha de tenis, putting green, gimnasio, Internet de alta velocidad, spa, CATV, instalaciones de Resort BBQ, estacionamiento (sólo condominios seleccionados) y la encantadora "Playa de arena" de la Madre Naturaleza en frente. Great spot. Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath. Could use an instruction sheet on how to work stuff like internet, A/C, where to take trash etc. Oh and didn't have a can opener which was needed seeing how we were there for Thanksgiving. But overall great place.

Needed more household goods

The kitchen needed more items. The flatware was slim, there were no wine glasses, no paper towels, and only 2 bowls for cereal. The bath towels were shorted as well. For a place that sleeps 6, there are not enough of these items for that many people.

Worse experience I’ve ever had

The only great thing about this place is the view. Worse experience I’ve ever had. The room wasn’t ready for an hour after checking in time. My pillow was covered with white bodily fluids, I was up all night washing our bedding. The pans and dishes had caked on food and half of the stove doesn’t work and the burners are so lopsided it was difficult to cook. The owner is unresponsive, I messaged him 4 times and called him 3 this was weeks out before our stay because I had questions.

With your input you have allowed us the ability to make the experience better for others. Each property we manage is independently owned and some owners update sooner than others. This is some of the charms when staying in a condo resort but for some the property will not meet their personal expectations. Beautiful Views.

Overall it is a beautiful view in a very safe and clean resort. The local beach is amazing. I have a couple major concerns. 1. The property manager never responded to six separate questions...still to this day he has not responded. 2. All three mattresses are terrible. Old and broken down. We all had a hard time sleeping. They need to be replaced. 3. Arrival book needs to be updated. Much of the information including the internet password was not available. 4. The third bedroom faces away from the ocean and towards the club just off property. Loud until well after 1 in the morning. I was unclear of arrival procedures. You will get your key at the front office. The rest of the place is great. Large size and amazing view.

Broken doors

The sliding doors would not close on the master bedroom and dining room, no screen either. No paper towels or coffee filters.

Lack of Amenities

The view is nice but the lack of amenities for the price is poor. 3 thin towels for 6 people, no cleaning supplies or dish towels and I was charged extra fees for “damage” to a hand towel, towel and sheet. After calling for 2 days someone finally picked up. I asked for pictures and looks like they just needed a more thorough cleaning. Front desk was not helpful and said I signed the waiver so you’ll be charged. Poor customer service.

Perfect location!

Have stayed a couple different spots and Sonoran Sun is a perfect location! Will stay again 3rd floor had a great view and was very close to restaurant and store. Would recommend to anyone.
