This spacious one bedroom, two bathroom is perfectly situated in the prestigious Wailea Ekolu surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The primary bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The main living area boasts high beam ceilings that allow you to enjoy the tropical breeze blowing in from the South Maui Shore. The queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa and second bathroom makes it a perfect getaway for couples and small families.

Paradise

Views were amazing. Condo was all we hoped for and more. Very clean. Being able to walk to stores, restaurants and beach was perfect. We would stay here again for sure. Loved it.

Perfect property for a couple. 5-15 min walk to dining, shopping, etc. A perfect 10 day get-a-way.

Good Location but noisy.

The condo was clean and nice. Noisy in the early ( 4 AM-7 AM ) morning from the deliveries at the restaurants right in front of the condo. Communication from the property manager wasn't great. Had to call and text a few times to get a response. Check in and out is a little tight compared to other properties in the same complex. 11:00am and 3:00pm is more common and reasonable. Called about early check in and got no response.

Fabulous place and location

The location was fabulous to be within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club, beaches, shops, and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Large deck with a great view to enjoy morning coffee. The unit was furnished nicely and has a great kitchen for making meals and snacks. We are already looking at booking for next year!

Anniversary Getaway

This place was exactly as described, and it made for a great base camp for our anniversary week in Maui. The location is great and the views of the ocean outside the living room, kitchen, and bedroom windows are fantastic.

Stunning view / Great place

Beautiful spot with a very comfortable bed and furnishings. The extra bathroom is always appreciated and the kitchen is well stocked with a nice lanai. Thank you!

Whale watching from Lanai!

Great location in Wailea - 15 minute walk to beach, easy access to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Amazing views from the lanai. Would caution that bedroom overlooks commercial parking lot so we frequently had a fair bit of noise early in the morning.

Great Place in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and clean! We didn’t think that walking to the ocean/beach would be ideal as the path is not super short and the walk back would be a pretty steep uphill walk but it’s an easy drive! We enjoyed the local coffee shop within walking distance and loved the area! We would also recommend Monkey Pod for lunch or dinner..it was close and so, so good! Thank you for a great long weekend in Wailea!

Incredible Views!

A very nice unit with spectacular views. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Location is great, easy walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. We had no issues during our stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, there can be some noise from the shopping area below, particularly the garbage truck at 3 or 4 a.m., but overall this is a wonderful spot. The one time we needed to contact the host they were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for our time in Waliea! The home was even better than the pictures- very clean- accurately described- close to coffee shop- AMAZING restaurants within walking distance- pool was quiet and nice- walkable to several shops and Waliea Beach- very comfortable bed- beautiful deck with sunset views- plenty of parking- nice neighbors- quiet- nice welcome basket with goodies and all info needed- would absolutely stay here again! The only thing they could provide is a small umbrella for the beach- they do have 2 beach chairs (we left a small cooler) but an umbrella would be great as the beaches nearby were extremely hot when we were visiting. Other than that I would say this rental is near perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Unit and Location

It is within walking proximity to anything one could need, was incredibly clean, and a nice home base for the week we were there. The property management company was a breeze to deal with. At past locations, we've dealt directly with the owner so we were a bit worried, but the response time was within five minutes and the workers were friendly.

Construction Put a Damper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and loved it. When we re booked this year, we were advised that the green space was under construction and that by March there would only be interior finish work. What we had was the construction dead in front of us. I had no idea what the green space reference was since I thought the we saw the golf course. All week long all we heard was excavation noise, back up beepers and heavy truck traffic. While the distant ocean view wasn't affected, it sure wasn't a pretty short distance view. And, I can't imagine how terrible the noise and light pollution will be once the commercial occupancy begins.Anyone renting prior to us received a credit due the the construction. I can't imagine we had it any better. Had we known, we would not have booked.

FIVE STAR VIEWS!

What a treat! We really enjoyed staying here for our week in Wailea. If you don't want to read the details just know the view is better than the photos and we will return! A little background on us, we are regular visitors to the island both West and South. (were middle aged) PROS: -The views are grand! You see the ocean from every room. Even washing dishes has the best view ever. -2 full bathrooms is a nice bonus for a one bedroom. They were remodeled and spacious. -Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs for 2, overall we lacked nothing. -Being on the second floor means you won't have to hear foot stomps all the time. ;) -The cute shops, restaurants and golf in walking distance. -3 minute drive to my fav beach, Keawakapu. -Good communication with CB. CONS: -no full length mirror as mentioned in other reviews. (easy fix imo) -the trash truck will likely wake you up one morning a week as a previous review mentioned. (not a big deal to us) -the mattress wasn't the best. not the worst but I hope there is a new one or a topper by the time we visit again. -the description at my time of booking said they get discounts for golf but when I asked for it they said they do not. -pool is small and underwhelming. I don't go to Maui for a pool so that was fine by me. But if you're looking for a fancy pool you won't find it here.

Fantastic condo in a great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entirety of our experience renting Ekolu 208 was smooth and delightful. The team that runs the rentals was easy to work with (they were even able to accommodate a last minute extension of our stay) and the condo itself is magnificent. For those looking for a quick overview, the most important features of this condo are its exceptional location in Wailea and remarkable comfort/luxury at a great price. The condo has one bedroom but two beautifully luxurious bathrooms (and a very nice sleeper sofa in the spacious living room to accommodate up to 4 guests). It is also equipped with a nice, high functioning kitchen, and a great grill that can be found on the second story deck with views of breaching whales in the distance and wild parrots in the trees below. Importantly, the condo's temperature is easy to regulate to your liking. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the quieter town of Wailea. For those who are interested in details, the kitchen is equipped with the right tools to actually cook in it (sharp knives, clean cutting boards, well labeled cabinets and drawers, etc) and it is apparent that the owners care about the kitchen experience. At least the master bath (we didn't use the other bathroom but it looked equally nice when we poked our heads in) has an exceptionally luxurious rain shower head that feels wonderful after a day in the salt water. The towels and linens are very nice and both beach and shower towels are provided. The artwork on the walls is impressive and the general interior decorations are very nice. Everything about the condo is functional, comfortable, and luxurious. Even the wifi works amazingly well. The condo is an easy walk down to many of the high-end hotels that can be found along the beach in Wailea and an evening stroll along the water while stopping for a drink at any of the hotel bars is quite pleasant. I've reached the 2,000 character limit or else I would share more about how wonderful Ekolu

Identification

Enjoyed our stay however I am not happy with all the identification that was required ! Looks so suspicious of identity theft ! I can see maybe a drivers license but not SS numbers or passport !
