Welcome to your home away from home while in Charleston. Our 2000 square foot home is located in a quiet neighborhood, encompassed in the beauty of Low Country Marshes in West Ashley. We have lovingly remodeled the home recently and look forward to sharing it with you. The large open floor plan is well appointed and is a great space for you and your family to gatherings. Bring the family's favorite recipes and cook until your heart is content. There are plenty of bedding and bathroom linens.

Location Location Location....Avondale Area is right up the road with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Avondale has been voted "best of Charleston" neighborhood in 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2017! You can be downtown Charleston within 15 minutes via Lyft for around $15-$20.

This property was wonderful to stay in for a group of 8! The host was communicative and helpful. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was well-stocked with the basics and having the dishwasher, washer, and dryer was helpful. The dining/living room area was perfect for everyone to gather. No issues at all, would definitely stay again.

Amazing location, 35 minutes to Kiawah, 20 minutes to folly beach, 15 from Charleston, neighborhood is very nice and quiet, house was extremely clean and spaced out so perfectly! Very near some of our favorite coffee shops and a Whole Foods. Would stay again for sure!

Comfortable and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with four adults and four young children. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the house was comfortable and well appointed. Sally was also a gracious, responsive host. We would highly recommend staying here!

The property was amazing and well equipped. It was easy for my parents to navigate (there are 75) alone and I was on crutches, so the master shower was perfect! Very nice and welcoming!

Great Place!!!

Stayed at the house with family for Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful time! The place was awesome and very clean! The host was very nice and very helpful! Good location also, as we were only a short drive from most of our destinations. 10 of 10 star rating!

We enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home with family! Sally was there to show us around the home and answer any questions when we checked in. The home is perfect for family get togethers! The location is is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet central to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Highly recommend this home!

Sally's place was perfect in every way for our sisters reunion. The house is adorable with every space filled with comfortable and thoughtful touches. From the well stocked kitchen to the extra throw blankets our every need was met. The trip into Charleston is quick and easy from this tranquil neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks again to our fabulous hostess!

Charleston without the crowd

Sally was a wonderful host- with a great decorating flair- in an area that was central to Charleston and the surrounding islands. Great stay for our extended family’s quick trip.

The house was very well stocked AND clean!!! Sally couldn’t have been more kind, and even had fresh flowers and fruit waiting on us! We ALL enjoyed our stay!!!
