Welcome to your home away from home while in Charleston. Our 2000 square foot home is located in a quiet neighborhood, encompassed in the beauty of Low Country Marshes in West Ashley. We have lovingly remodeled the home recently and look forward to sharing it with you. The large open floor plan is well appointed and is a great space for you and your family to gatherings. Bring the family's favorite recipes and cook until your heart is content. There are plenty of bedding and bathroom linens.

Location Location Location....Avondale Area is right up the road with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Avondale has been voted "best of Charleston" neighborhood in 2011, 2013, 2016 and 2017! You can be downtown Charleston within 15 minutes via Lyft for around $15-$20.

Came in town with 3 Couples for a concert weekend. Host was great, house is super neat and clean. Outdoor spaces are wonderful too. We would highly recommend.

Sally's place was perfect in every way for our sisters reunion. The house is adorable with every space filled with comfortable and thoughtful touches. From the well stocked kitchen to the extra throw blankets our every need was met. The trip into Charleston is quick and easy from this tranquil neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks again to our fabulous hostess!

The property was amazing and well equipped. It was easy for my parents to navigate (there are 75) alone and I was on crutches, so the master shower was perfect! Very nice and welcoming!

We enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend at this beautiful home with family! Sally was there to show us around the home and answer any questions when we checked in. The home is perfect for family get togethers! The location is is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet central to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing location, 35 minutes to Kiawah, 20 minutes to folly beach, 15 from Charleston, neighborhood is very nice and quiet, house was extremely clean and spaced out so perfectly! Very near some of our favorite coffee shops and a Whole Foods. Would stay again for sure!

Comfortable and convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with four adults and four young children. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the house was comfortable and well appointed. Sally was also a gracious, responsive host. We would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome home, just as described

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy a vacation in Charleston. The dining, kitchen and living room were open and large enough for family dinners and evening games around the table. We enjoyed our stay so very much. It was a time of healing for our family after losing my dad and our family patriarch.

Sally's home is a great location for a family trip! The common areas are spacious, and the front porch is a great spot to get together. She has everything you'd need in the home, including beach equipment, and is available for any questions. The home is a short 15min drive to downtown Charleston, and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Great Place!!!

Stayed at the house with family for Memorial Day Weekend and had a wonderful time! The place was awesome and very clean! The host was very nice and very helpful! Good location also, as we were only a short drive from most of our destinations. 10 of 10 star rating!

Terrific stay & great house!

Really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend in Charleston. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space in the common areas. Loved the big island and large dining table. Sally was a great host. She stopped over when we arrived to show us around the house & make sure we knew where everything was. Location was close to the airport, downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The house was very well stocked AND clean!!! Sally couldn’t have been more kind, and even had fresh flowers and fruit waiting on us! We ALL enjoyed our stay!!!

Working weekend

We had a dance competition starting Friday ended Sunday. Very long days for us. This space had plenty of room for all my employees. The location was also good.

A cozy home away from home

The owner, Sally, clearly put a lot of effort in creating a warm and welcoming home for her guests. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. There is enough space to be together as a family, but also spread out when needed. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. The beds and bedding are of good quality. The neighborhood is very quiet yet only 20 minutes from downtown and less than 20 minutes to the airport. The communication with Sally went smoothly and was very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Loved this beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous ranch style home! The house is decorated wonderfully with comfy furniture and big bathrooms. It was the perfect place for my family to come together and spend time with our new nephew. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to be close enough to downtown but in an area with lots of restaurants and stores.

Beautifully decorated and clean!

We rented for a wedding weekend in Charleston. It was easy to go back and forth downtown.The property had everything we needed and then some! The house was very clean, and the decor was really nice. The bedding, towels, dish towels, etc were clean and updated as well. We didn’t spend much time there due to our weekend plans, but all agreed we wish we could have stayed longer to relax on the front porch or in the backyard! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice house, nice location, nice host

We had 8 people visiting the Charleston area for a family birthday party. This house was perfect for us as it slept 8 in real beds and we never felt crowded. The master shower is truly decadent and I loved the overhead rain shower head.Hostess Sally was very pleasant to work with. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Outstanding location and House

Sally was awesome and the house had a perfect set up for a family or friends. Kitchen is set up well to cook and the huge island is awesome. Highly recommend this place. Very clean and only 15 min from airport and downtown.

Charleston without the crowd
