Escape to our bungalow at Seagrove Beach for an unforgettable getaway! ‘La Mer’ is a perfectly tucked away cottage which offers a resort style pool and hot tub just steps away from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool or your private view of the peaceful lake out back.

Our bungalow is also a short walk to the beach and is centrally located in between Seaside, just 2 miles to the west and Alys Beach, 4 miles to the east. The Watercolor Crossings Publix is also conveniently located 2 miles up the road.

Your choice of fine restaurants or the laid back air streams at Seaside are just a bike ride away. The highly rated Cafe 30A is also located within one block.

Spring Break

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed and was exactly as the online listing described. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Nice place and great price.

We were looking to book a place in the heart of 30A that was not as expensive as some. This house was in a perfect location and the house was perfect for two adults and two teens. We were pleased.

We have enjoyed two stays at the Bungalows on 30A on the Florida Panhandle. The size, location, and quiet atmosphere are perfect for us. This unit had everything we needed for a week's stay. The poolside location within the Bungalows community was a plus!

Family Beach getaway

We had a lovely time at this bungalow that had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Close enough to walk back from the stunning white sand beach for lunch! The pool was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful time :)

Great Family Vacation Destination

We love Seagrove and this bungalow was the perfect place to stay. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. The house was decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. The pool is a great and your only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would easily stay here again.

Making it a yearly visit

Such a fun time in Seaside, and our place was exactly what we expected it to be. Great access to everything in all the nearby towns! We rented a golf cart and got around perfectly! This cute little place had comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen gadgets!

Nice place pool access is perfect for little ones

Nice place. A couple minor things need to be address with it but over all we have a great time. The pool location was perfect for our little one. The overall location was really nice as it was easy to get into Seaside or the Hub. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

The location of this bungalow was PERFECT for our family with 2 younger kids - right off the pool and a quick, direct walk to the white-sanded beach. Parking was easy, the area was filled with other families and kind people, and overall really quiet to get some rest. The location was close to Seaside and Rosemary, but far enough to escape the crowded chaos. We highly recommend this bungalow!

Great time

The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Loved the extra perks of grill, bikes and beach equipment (especially the beach wagon). Great access to pool, literally out our front door. Pool is good size and hot tub is comfortable. Beach access is convenient.

Beautiful Bungalo near 30A

Perfect size for myself, husband and teen boys. Beautifully appointed just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Our stay at the Bungalow was wonderful. The location is great for a family vacation. Our kids loved the front door access to the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The fact that the property had a wagon, chairs, and bikes made it easy for us to pack light but still have every we needed. Amanda was a fantastic host and checked on us throughout our stay and was quick to answer questions that arose. I highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed.

The Bungalow was a great escape!

Our family loved our time away at the Bungalows. We enjoyed having the pool steps away from the front door. We spent our days riding bikes to Seaside for donuts, dinner and ice cream! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach for amazing sunrises and sunsets. We hope to be back soon and I've already told multiple friends about this great find.

A Beautiful Bungalow!

What a pleasure it was for me and my family to stay in this darling home! It was incredibly clean, incredibly cozy and absolutely lovely. The short walk to public beach access was perfect and having the pool and hot tub right outside our front door was such a plus! I can’t say enough good things. Centrally located and fabulous all around. .We’re already planning to return next year!!

Great family holiday spot!

Great place to stay with family. Pool right at the doorstep. Beach extremely close - we would leave beach stuff at the beach and come back for lunch before going back to the beach, ideal for us with two young kids. Seaside is a short enjoyable cycle in. Will be coming back to 30A and will be staying here again!…. I should also mention that the property comes with trailer and beach chairs, means you can travel a their a bit lighter.

Spring Break

We stayed at this home for our spring break trip with our two young kids. It was perfect! So clean and had all the supplies we could’ve asked for. The location is amazing and an easy walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants, and the pool is literally steps out the door. Amanda was so incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We loved it and hope to be back next year!

Perfect beach oasis

My family of 5 (3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for a week here. Can’t beat the 5 min walk to gorgeous beach (we also rented a golf cart, condo has plenty of parking and a charger). We ate lunch at condo then swam in the spacious pool in the afternoon. It was definitely a routine I could get used to! Biking or golf cart distance to Seaside. We will definitely be back.

Great Cottage Rental on 30A

My wife and I had a wonderful three weeks at this cottage. It was very clean and had all the space and features we needed for an exceptional winter getaway. The beach was a short walk and the pool and hot tub were right outside our front door. We used the pool and hot tub regularly during our visit. Amanda was always available to answer any questions. It was our first visit to the 30A area and we enjoyed it immensely. We will be seriously considering renting here again for next winter.

Best beach bungalow ever!

We loved making memories at this cute blue beach bungalow! It was so nice to have the pool right outside of our front door. It was never too crowded. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you don't mind driving a few minutes, Grayton Beach State Park is so beautiful and natural! This bungalow had everything we needed and was such a good fit for our family. The little neighborhood is so cute and tropical. My kids and I really loved being here. The location is super convenient to everything as well. Amanda is great and will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Spring Break

Very nice for three people. Somewhat difficult to get onto 30a and through Seaside area, however that is not the properties fault with all the foot, bike and golf cart traffic during Spring Break period. Only suggestion would be to secure the beds in non master bedroom to the headboards and add a piece of furniture between the beds to place phones, keys , tablets etc.

Paradise away from home...

The bungalow was more than what we expected. Amanda sure took care of us. We loved it. Not a far walk to beach and to eating places and even ice cream to finish the night with. The bungalow came with 2 bikes that we had no idea when renting, so it was nice we only had to rent 2 additional bikes for the family. We rode our bikes all week. What a great family trip!!! Perfect for the price

We got exactly what we expected.....nice clean house with a great pool, literally steps from our door. We found it a bit awkward that the only entrance to the house was through the pool area, so bringing your luggage and groceries past all the people in the pool felt a bit strange. The walk to the beach was not too far and there were beach chairs and a wagon available to use, which was a big bonus. If you have more money to spend and want to be closer to the beach, there are probably other options, but this house is exactly as promised. Cute, clean and priced accordingly.

Quaint and Convenient Property

Everything about the location of this property was great. Off 30a enough that it wasn't crazy but also a manageable walk to the beach/back to the bungalow. I loved that it was close to Seaside but NOT IN Seaside because of how congested that area can get. The property itself was perfect in size for our family of 4. Loved being right off the pool but since we were there in the off-season and the pool is not heated, we never used it. But definitely a great location during the warmer months! There were a few minor things with the unit like older beach equipment (but we were glad to have it at all since our stay was short and we flew) and very few hooks to hang towels, toilet paper, etc. Otherwise, it was well-stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely return to this location!

Updated bungalow in a great location

This is our third stay at the Bungalows at Seagrove and by far our favorite bungalow. The interior of Amanda's place is renovated and more up-to-date than other bungalows in the complex. It is also tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. We cooked most nights and it was great to have such a well-stocked kitchen. The other big bonus is the location—the main pool is right in front of the house. With the doors closed, the pool is not noisy even when crowded. At night we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the pool and listening to the frogs. (The pool closes at 10pm and even with some college students in the vicinity it was always quiet at night.) There was ample parking at the complex and the community feels very relaxed and family-friendly. The beach is an easy 10-minute walk away and it was great to be provided with a beach wagon, chairs, and an umbrella. We would gladly stay again!
