Escape to our bungalow at Seagrove Beach for an unforgettable getaway! ‘La Mer’ is a perfectly tucked away cottage which offers a resort style pool and hot tub just steps away from your front door. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool or your private view of the peaceful lake out back.

Our bungalow is also a short walk to the beach and is centrally located in between Seaside, just 2 miles to the west and Alys Beach, 4 miles to the east. The Watercolor Crossings Publix is also conveniently located 2 miles up the road.

Your choice of fine restaurants or the laid back air streams at Seaside are just a bike ride away. The highly rated Cafe 30A is also located within one block.

Nice place and great price.

We were looking to book a place in the heart of 30A that was not as expensive as some. This house was in a perfect location and the house was perfect for two adults and two teens. We were pleased.

Wonderful Stay!

La Mer was perfect for our family of 4. My older teens appreciated having their own beds and not being stuck in a bunk bed situation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need; plenty of dishes, pans, drinkware, and even containers to save leftovers. We cooked many meals at the house. This was our first time at 30A and we found the location to be great for getting around. We rented bikes from Butterfly Bikes and enjoyed using the bicycles for most of our transportation (Alys & Rosemary are a bit far so we drove, but we rode into Seaside several times). The free p/u & delivery was a nice bonus. Amanda provides a wagon and 2 beach chairs which was really helpful. We had no issues walking to the public beach access. We were a little surprised to learn the public part of the actual beach was a little further down than where the boardwalk ends, but no issues once we figured that out. The washer/dryer were a huge plus. We loved being right off the pool. Publix is a quick 10 minute drive. Truly, we enjoyed everything about our week and would definitely stay here agin. Highly recommend!

Bungalow HomeAway

We have enjoyed two stays at the Bungalows on 30A on the Florida Panhandle. The size, location, and quiet atmosphere are perfect for us. This unit had everything we needed for a week's stay. The poolside location within the Bungalows community was a plus!

Quaint and Convenient Property

Everything about the location of this property was great. Off 30a enough that it wasn't crazy but also a manageable walk to the beach/back to the bungalow. I loved that it was close to Seaside but NOT IN Seaside because of how congested that area can get. The property itself was perfect in size for our family of 4. Loved being right off the pool but since we were there in the off-season and the pool is not heated, we never used it. But definitely a great location during the warmer months! There were a few minor things with the unit like older beach equipment (but we were glad to have it at all since our stay was short and we flew) and very few hooks to hang towels, toilet paper, etc. Otherwise, it was well-stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely return to this location!

Wonderful Place!

LaMer is perfectly located next to the pool so our kids could swim while we were in and out making food, relaxing, etc. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable and fit our family of four perfectly. A quick walk to the beach and nicely located between seaside and Rosemary. The locals were very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay again!

Family Beach getaway

We had a lovely time at this bungalow that had everything we needed to make our vacation special. Close enough to walk back from the stunning white sand beach for lunch! The pool was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful time :)

Great family holiday spot!

Great place to stay with family. Pool right at the doorstep. Beach extremely close - we would leave beach stuff at the beach and come back for lunch before going back to the beach, ideal for us with two young kids. Seaside is a short enjoyable cycle in. Will be coming back to 30A and will be staying here again!…. I should also mention that the property comes with trailer and beach chairs, means you can travel a their a bit lighter.

Best beach bungalow ever!

We loved making memories at this cute blue beach bungalow! It was so nice to have the pool right outside of our front door. It was never too crowded. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you don't mind driving a few minutes, Grayton Beach State Park is so beautiful and natural! This bungalow had everything we needed and was such a good fit for our family. The little neighborhood is so cute and tropical. My kids and I really loved being here. The location is super convenient to everything as well. Amanda is great and will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Making it a yearly visit

Such a fun time in Seaside, and our place was exactly what we expected it to be. Great access to everything in all the nearby towns! We rented a golf cart and got around perfectly! This cute little place had comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen gadgets!

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

The location of this bungalow was PERFECT for our family with 2 younger kids - right off the pool and a quick, direct walk to the white-sanded beach. Parking was easy, the area was filled with other families and kind people, and overall really quiet to get some rest. The location was close to Seaside and Rosemary, but far enough to escape the crowded chaos. We highly recommend this bungalow!

Spring Break

We stayed at this home for our spring break trip with our two young kids. It was perfect! So clean and had all the supplies we could’ve asked for. The location is amazing and an easy walk to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants, and the pool is literally steps out the door. Amanda was so incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions. We loved it and hope to be back next year!

Great Cottage Rental on 30A

My wife and I had a wonderful three weeks at this cottage. It was very clean and had all the space and features we needed for an exceptional winter getaway. The beach was a short walk and the pool and hot tub were right outside our front door. We used the pool and hot tub regularly during our visit. Amanda was always available to answer any questions. It was our first visit to the 30A area and we enjoyed it immensely. We will be seriously considering renting here again for next winter.

Perfect Get A Way

Amanda has a beautiful property. This was our favorite neighborhood we’ve stayed at. It’s a few min golf cart ride to seaside but would be great for bikes too!! (We rented golf carts from 30A golf carts—Adam Steinbach will take great care of you). Old Florida fish house is close and so is surfing deere!! Beach is probably a 10 min walk with toddlers and baby but super close! It was a lot closer than I thought!! If you rented a bike (butterfly rentals is close) it would be even better! There is a beach entrance right beside the gas station. You do have to go 300 feet to the left to rent chairs (some issue the condo owners have that live directly on beach) But it wasn’t a make or break deal for us. Home was clean! The cleanest we ever had! Steps from pool which was our kids favorite part! Pool was actually super nice (you never know from pictures but it was perfect!). I loved how cozy it was! We have four small kids and has lots of living space and room for them to sleep but no wondering which room they were in. Main bedroom had just enough Room for a pack n play while our others enjoyed the queen and twin in second bedroom. I loved how she had a wagon, boogie board, and extra beach chairs for house guest to enjoy. Overall great property. Just book your trip!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

We had the best time staying at the bungalow. It was spotless and just as nice as the pictures showed. Amanda was so helpful, kind, and quick to respond to all of our questions. The pool was beautiful and never too crowded. And when we were inside, you couldn’t hear any noise from the pool. It was nice having the Tom Thumb right down the street to get ice, drinks, snacks, etc. It truly is the perfect place to stay! We hope to come back again!!!

Beautiful Bungalo near 30A

Perfect size for myself, husband and teen boys. Beautifully appointed just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect location!

We had a great time! The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with the pool right outside the door and the beach a short bike ride or walk away! Seaside was a short bike ride away, so plenty for my teenagers to do. The owner made herself available, although we did not need anything while we were there. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful surroundings

Although the location was just a few blocks from 30A, it was quiet and peaceful in the complex. Great pool area right outside the front door of this bungalow. The open floor plan gives the feeling of more space and the two bedrooms with private bathrooms makes it perfect for sharing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Easy and Awesome Family Vacation

First time taking the family to Seaside, and without knowing the lay of the land, this turned out to be a great fit. Easy walk to the beach and access to a big pool was key for afternoons with small children. Our host was awesome and the house was fantastic. Would definitely do this again.

Family Vacation

Amanda was great. My wife said it was the cleanest rental she has ever stayed in. Would definitely rent again. We had so much fun we are heading back to seagrove in October. Unfortunately we will be staying somewhere else since we will be with more relatives.

Perfect beach oasis

My family of 5 (3 kids) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for a week here. Can’t beat the 5 min walk to gorgeous beach (we also rented a golf cart, condo has plenty of parking and a charger). We ate lunch at condo then swam in the spacious pool in the afternoon. It was definitely a routine I could get used to! Biking or golf cart distance to Seaside. We will definitely be back.

Great location, pristine clean bungalow

The bungalow was in perfect condition. Kitchen was equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. 7 min walk to the beach, a short ride to seaside and many restaurants. Tom thumb right around the corner. The pool was great. Out host was very welcoming. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful Beach Condo!

The beach property was just what we needed. Great location, super clean, easy check in/out. The beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella were a huge bonus! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Cutest little place, neat and clean! Perfect for our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalows, it was the perfect set up for our family! We walked daily to the beach, to eat and get snacks! Great location for the entire stretch of 30A! Will stay here again! She also had the Bungalow stocked perfectly!
