Had a great time! Lots to do on the property with pools and shuffle board and other games! Quick walk to the beach across the street. Host was super nice and communicated very well!

We had a great week. Six people, ranging in age from 20-82. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds. The older folks enjoyed the quiet and close pool. The younger ones had plenty of fun using the provided beach gear. Robin communicated quickly and clearly. She was very helpful! We also rented bikes for the week, which made getting around easier and lots of fun!

Beautiful beach condo conveniently located to the beach and 30A attractions.

We had a great stay at this property. It was plenty of space for our family of 4 and an easy walk to the beach.

Great stay

Perfect location with a short walk to beach. Our family loved the balcony to relax! Pools were very clean and refreshing.

Wonderful Stay

This property is very convenient to beach access, which is so nice with young children. Also, to the Seaside area - just minutes away.

Perfect place for our annual family Thanksgiving weekend. Simple, clean, and best part, a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in this condo several times.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Condo suitable for 4 adults and 3 kids. Location great .

Nice ,walking short distance to beach with ,restrauants, and gift shops. So much to do in area.

First want to say that the owners were pleasant and easy to get ahold of. Although they had strict rules and very precise instructions, some of the most I've ever experienced at a VRBO, they were very nice. The biggest problem we ran into was the cleanliness, fridge temperature, and little things that were broken. The sheets and towels all had makeup stains on them. The master also had a random hair on the sheet. We had spiders and cockroaches that we had to kill inside the condo. The oven handle is halfway hanging off. The fridge was not cold upon arrival and we had went to Publix and spent 250 worth of groceries. We were forced to go buy ice and luckily we had 2 coolers. The twin beds had cheap mattresses and moved very easily. The queen beds caved in which caused you to roll into the center of the bed. The positive was for sure the location to everything. The walk did take about 10 min to the beach but that was expected. Overall, was a good vacation but definitely after the price, one of the least desirable VRBO I have stayed at. And lastly, to have paid a cleaning fee, there was strict cleaning instructions and rules before departure. We even swept twice a day to keep from getting charged an extra fee.

Really good place to stay

Great: near an excellent restaurant, great parking, very good amenities, close to Seaside which is the best community in our opinion, spaces in the condo worked well for sleepingNot so great: footsteps above are very audible, MBR mattress and pillows are overused, sitting area small for a big group, not informed of 7pm curfew for kids under 18

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a great location with good proximity to the beach and local restaurants! The pools were fantastic and the unit itself was tucked back in a quiet spot! We couldnt have asked for a better place for the week! Already thinking about our next stay!
