Visit beautiful Kailua at an affordable price. Our studio is spacious, clean, and provides many amenities. This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.
Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Hawaii has been our home for more than 50 years and we have lived in Kailua for most of that time. Our wish is that you have a wonderful vacation in Beautiful Kailua!

Here's a more enthusiastic version with a little more personality:Absolutely one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at! My wife and I loved everything about this place. It was much bigger than we expected, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and bars, yet it felt like our own private retreat. It was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind.The outdoor patio and BBQ area quickly became one of our favorite spots. We spent several evenings relaxing outside after a day of exploring, and it really made the stay feel special.If you're looking for a place that's clean, spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing location, this is it. We honestly didn't want to leave and will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip. Highly, highly recommend!

Our experience in Andrea's studio was excellent. The cozy VRBO is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, off the street and surprisingly close to the beach - a few minutes walk. It was immaculately clean, well stocked with almost anything imaginable that two vacationers might need. It includes a restful private patio and out door area. All appliances including the TV and air conditioner work well. The facility is comfortable and well organized. Andrea was friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. We look forward to an opportunity to stay at this property in the future.

Tom was a great landlord, ac great, close walk to a great beach. We would and will go back and stay there. Really close to where our family lives!The driveway is narrow, if you rent a big jeep of a big suv , be careful going in and out.

Andrea's place was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. She pays attention to details! I loved the fact that there are 2 comfy recliners! The private outdoor space with umbrella table and grill was a bonus that the rain prevented us from using. The location is amazing--just a short walk to the gorgeous beach!

Andrea met us upon arrival and walked us through. Very comfortable, large room, outdoor space with grill, large refrig, washer and dryer and all beach needs. She even had reusable bags for groceries!

Andrea made us feel very welcome and her space was excellent! The bed was super comfy, the kitchen space served us well, and we even had our own backyard space to store the bikes we rented from the Bike Shop downtown! She had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (umbrellas, chairs, and snorkeling gear), and we loved having a washer and dryer available in the unit. Her place is very close to the beach and a 25 minute walk (8 min bike) to the downtown area. We enjoyed the short drive to several hiking areas, the ice cream at “Please Come Again,” and the poke bowls at Kalapawai Cafe, and our time at the Pearl Harbor Memorial. We also had a great Mothers Day meal at the Goen Dining and Bar. Be sure to drive to North Shore and use the Shaka Audio Tour if you rent a car. Super fun!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The studio was larger than expected owing to the high ceilings. Super close to an amazing beach. Hostess Andrea was very nice.

Small studio that had everything we needed and more - including beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Location is great: quiet area, 5 min walk to a spectacular beach, 3 min drive to Kailua town. Thank you Andrea!

Our host’s thoughtful hospitality made our stay wonderful. The residence offers a charming retreat for brief stays on Oahu, exuding a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We had a great time at the residence.

Very nice little unit in a fantastic location for road-trips to Northshore and Windward beaches in Oahu about 20-30 minutes from the airport. Our Hostess Andrea greeted us when we arrived and showed us our unit. Perfect for a couple with everything you need for a great stay including beach accessories towels etc. The town of Kaulua is less than 5 minutes away and has many great restaurants and shops. We loved the 2 recliners which made us feel at home after each days adventure. We stayed here for seven days and would definitely come back. Andrea really cares about her guests and was a great host.

Cute spot in Kailua
Awesome studio to stay in, close to everything including beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Nice having laundry, full sized fridge and beach accessories available. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Would stay again!
