Great, clean apartment above a bakery and other businesses. Comes with the good bakery scents. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Great location too!

We had a fabulous stay in the apartment. We were 6 adults so we had plenty of space to be alone or together. Great location, we could walk to everything in town.

We had 7 total in our group and enjoyed staying at the apartment. It had plenty of space for us all to spread out and was well stocked. We liked being able to walk easily to the shops, boats and Shore Path. The one negative is the two flights of steps to get to the third floor apartment but this was well disclosed so we expected it.

Great location. Close to the bike shops, Hannafords, and downtown with lots of good restaurants. We had a wonderful time there with the family.

Bar Harbor is a delight to visit…..if you aren’t constantly looking for parking, which our apartment had, for two vehicles. The location was perfect for our group with walking distance to a grocery store 2 blocks away, walking distance to Main Street, the Village Green, the water, and many charming restaurants. Catching the Island Explorer from the Village Green took us to Acadia Nat’l Park where we visited Jordan’s Pond to have a popover after walking around the pond. The family members we visited were a block away which enabled them to walk quickly back and forth from their place to our VRBO. The response from the host could not have been better as he came in person to adjust our TV enabling us to watch World Cup after our hikes. In short: we hated to leave!! Oh, and there was air conditioning!!!

Great Bar Harbor rental

Beautiful property, very clean, lots of space. This home is in a great location- very walkable to shops, restaurants and bars and very close to Acadia. We can’t wait to come back.

Bar Harbor Stay

Great place to stay in town, walk to everything in Bar Harbor, short drive to Acadia. We had a hot weather week, an air conditioner in the 4th bedroom would have been nice. But would stay again.

This property checks all the boxes! Close to everything, lots of space, communicative ownership, clean, and all the amenities! Reasonably priced for all that you get!

Great location and setup

Couldn't get a better location. Close to town, grocery store, restaurants and rentals as well as the entry to Acadia. All the instructions were clear and well spelled out. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful stay for a group of adults!

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, can walk to everything in Bar Harbor. Nice grocery store just 2 blocks away. Lovely bakery downstairs. Rental was spacious and very comfortable. Had all we need for cooking and enjoying a rainy day of football and game night. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed in it. It's walking distance to many restaurants and shopping in Bar Harbor and it's a short drive to Acadia. We had a lovely time.

First trip to Maine!

This perfectly located apartment served as our home base for 4 days in Acadia. Such a quick drive to the park and loved that in the evenings we could park and leave the car as everything in Bar Harbor was within walking distance. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And the bedding was extremely comfortable. The bakery downstairs is adorable and served our coffee needs beautifully!

Great location in Bar Harbor

Our family visited Bar Harbor and Acadia. The apartment was in a great location. Walking distance to everything in town. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinners. We had plenty of space for everyone. The only warning I would give is that there are huge skylights in the bedrooms. If you wake up with morning light, make sure to bring an eye mask. The light is really bright.

Cozy stay in downtown

Our group of 8 had an amazing time in Bar Harbor this year! Property was very spacious and clean, plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. Location is fantastic - easy <5min walk to get toiletries and supplies from Hannaford, breakfast from Jordan's, and dinner from LeBrun. Double-deep parking space can accommodate 2 cars - note that the road behind the lot is narrow, be careful when backing out. Host was very prompt in communication and in addressing appliance issues. Would love to stay again!

Location,Location, Location!

Wow, we loved being so close to everything in Bar Harbor! And having a wonderful bakery downstairs was such a plus! This was a great apartment with plenty of room for all of my friends. My only complaint is the quality of the futon mattress in the fourth bedroom. We opted to double up and not use the 4th bedroom at all. A better bed or mattress would solve that issue easily!

Attic

The stay was good. The rental isn’t for anyone with mobility issues. It’s on the third floor. It’s cooled by small windows air conditioners. It does get warm during the day but we were comfortable. But you have the constant sound of the AC’s running. Bakery on first floor was great. Noodle shop was always busy with people. We didn’t try it. It was a great trip and the VRBO is great for big families.
