This Townhouse is by far the nicest and cleanest townhouse we have stayed in and we have stayed in many townhouses right there in the same complex. Indra the host was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. There we extra umbrellas, chairs, floats and towels. It was also supplied with alot of the necessities which is a win in itself. No trip to walmart immediately. We will be staying here again if Indra will have us back.

The property's best feature was its location and access to the beach. Communication with the host was slow as it pertains to getting check-in information. Soiled linens were left on the floor, internet service was spotty, beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs) was rusty, and there were too many rugs in the unit. Watching television downstairs was of poor quality due to the reflection from the mirrored wall and the sun coming in from glass doors. Overall, I was disappointed with this property.

We had a wonderful experience at this townhouse! The check in and check out process couldnt have been easier. Its a great location with perfect access to the beach! Dont worry about the beach chair set ups from the resort next door......you can still set up in front of them as long as you dont have a tent. There is a pool next to the unit from the resort, but the condo was quietinside and we were not bothered by any noise. It was a perfect place for an ocean front getaway!

Everything was accurately described and depicted in the listing for our townhouse. We enjoyed being able to walk right out of our unit and down a few steps from our deck to the beautiful white sands of PCB. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, watching the waves roll in and watching the gorgeous sunsets. We can’t wait to plan our next visit!.

The location was great. The unit is directly on the beach and easy to access. However, there were several issues with the unit itself. The listing states two parking spots but there is only one large spot but it is not big enough for 2 vehicles to park in it. The master bedroom tv remote would turn the tv on but not allow you to use any other buttons. The blinds on the sliding door in the living room were missing 50% of the panels so they could not be closed or even moved due to the missing panels. The whole unit is settling causing massive cracks along the walls inside and outside, along with the floor sloping both upstairs and downstairs. The balconies are also beginning to separate from the wall. The spare bedroom balcony is right above the entry door and is separating from the wall causing rain water to pour straight down as soon as you open the front door. The dining table has a beautiful glass top but it is not secured to the base at all so any pressure on one side will cause the glass to flip off. As for communication, no information was provided for check-in other than the door code and nothing was sent for check-out. Two messages were sent to the host with no response. Overall, the unit served its purpose and was okay for the price.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our time here. A few things need tending to but Indra was a very attentive host. Perfect spot on the beach for a hangout. Great spot!
