We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi outage during your stay, especially knowing how important the TV was for your guest to enjoy her vacation. The issue was due to an error on the Wi-Fi provider’s end. We scheduled the soonest available service appointment, but unfortunately, the earliest appointment was a week out. While our rental agreement notes that third-party utility outages are beyond our direct control and do not qualify for mandatory refunds, we issued the credit as a gesture of goodwill because we genuinely care about our guests’ experiences and wanted to help during this challenging situation. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are sorry this impacted your vacation. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future.
