Newly Refreshed Condo with Large Balcony and Spectacular Views!

This bright, attractive oceanfront condo has been recently remodeled with new flloring through and all new furnishing. It is directly on the beach with ocean views from the main living space and the master bedroom! The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views! This is a pet friendly property.

This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex with an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is coastal and comfortable, a great area for watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, doing a puzzle on the dining table or just enjoying the wonderful views. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

Amenities include Wifi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, private beach access with showers/faucets at the gate for a quick cleanup. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.


The large 27 ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy nobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail while you relax and unwind! Once you stay in this beautiful condo, you will be spoiled! Amelia Island will become a favorite destination, for sure!

This was a great place to spend time with the family. Great beach access, clean condo and plenty of room for the three of us. I was so happy that the beach was pet friendly, lots of people with dogs. Balcony has the best views of the beach. I forgot to pack an umbrella for the beach, but was happy to see one at the condo that was available for us to use. Full kitchen worked perfectly for us. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the TV in the bedroom, I was unable to get it to work. Over all the rental was great. Thanks

Everything was great , it was easy check in , and the property was as it was in the picture you were right on the beach so it was as expected . It Was easy to drive to down town to see shops and restaurants only eight minutes away, so that was perfect.

We enjoyed our week. Kitchen needs to be updated with new pots and pans. We actually had to go buy a set to use while we were there. The bath mat was dirty when we got there. Washed it no big deal but wanted to let you know. The pillows are the best I have ever slept on.

This condo has amazing views and was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation to Amelia Island. It was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. We will certainly be back in the future.

Great Place

We totally enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! Great location and still close enough to explore the surrounding cities. The unit was very clean and we loved the big balcony. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do. The views of the water and access to the beach are superb. Only issue I had was a roach in the bathroom and a dirty bowl in the cabinet. Those were minor things, so we’ll be back.

Vacation Rental

Property was just as advertised. Right on the beach, quiet setting except for the pounding surf. Beautiful area, saw dolphins swimming by, pelicans flew right by the deck and area food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo has great beach access, working elevator and parking. Close to many restaurants. TV and Wi-Fi connections excellent. Renovated about 4 to 5 years ago but not throughout.
