Right on the beach with a gorgeous view! Perfect Getaway!.

This bright, attractive oceanfront condo has been recently remodeled. It is directly on the beach with views to die for! There is an elevator for easy access and private off street parking. This is a pet friendly condo!

This second floor condo is located in the popular Coral Sands complex. The great location makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby Main Beach where you will find two popular restaurant/bars, Putt Putt, skateboard park, and more! Plus, you are a short, two mile, drive to historic downtown filled with shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living area is light, bright and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable, and you can either watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or find yourself daydreaming watching the waves roll in!

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items to enjoy cooking meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for four or dine on the balcony to soak in the views!

The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen HD TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Also, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so the unit can accommodate up to 6 people. The hallway bathroom has a vanity and tub/shower combination.

The large 27 ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail while you relax and unwind!

Once you stay in this beautiful condo, you will be spoiled! Amelia Island will become a favorite destination, for sure!

Nice Beach View

Steps from the beach with excellent view. Very nice property with secured gate to and from beach. Outside faucet and shower head to rinse sand off feet before coming in. Great location. Even had outside hoses to rinse off car from sea salt. Maybe could have used squeegee to wash salt off patio door and windows. Overall, excellent stay for beachside property.

Only one complaint - ceiling fan was too loud to use. House was clean and comfortable. Access through gait was difficult at times.

Disappointed

The location is wonderful! It was difficult to view the shore because the windows were not clean and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. The description said newly renovated, but the kitchen cabinets were not clean, roaches were on the counter, one of the pillow covers was stained, the mattress pad was worn & needs replacing and one of the blinds was broken, the other had some slats glued. There were no amenities which we have experienced in many VRBO rentals such as a box of tissues, local area information, a visitors book, little snacks. together.mattress c

Right on the Beach

Great location. It is right on the beach and not far from restaurants, Fort Clinch, and the historic town. The large balcony allowed us to enjoy the view as a family even in the rain. The master bed was really comfortable. We had the best sleep. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

Vacation Rental

Property was just as advertised. Right on the beach, quiet setting except for the pounding surf. Beautiful area, saw dolphins swimming by, pelicans flew right by the deck and area food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable View

Great condo with a great view! Everything you might need is provided. Even all basic supplies were included, enough for our 3 day stay! All furnishings are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels were provided. The balcony has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the great view and sound effects of the surf. Parking was never an issue. Check in was easy and all necessary information was provided. We will return as soon as possible since we love the area! You won't go wrong if you visit Fernandina and stay here!

Fabulous location

This condo is in a fabulous location with a fabulous balcony facing the ocean and private beach access. Truly beautiful. Everything I want at the beach. The condo is laid out well, check in was a breeze and management was responsive and helpful. There were a few maintenance issues that were addressed.

Everything was Perfect!

We were very pleased with this property. The owner had provided everything you could possibly need. It is obvious that he had read past reviews and had taken care of any complaint anyone had ever had. It would be very hard for someone to find anything to complain about now! The icemaker worked perfectly. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. There were books, puzzles, games, and even a pair of binoculars for entertainment. I do not think it is possible to be any closer to the beach and the view was amazing! We very much enjoyed the large, private balcony. We had no problem parking and the luggage cart made loading and unloading the car a breeze. I would describe the location as central to all of the best parts of the island. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great Anniversary trip experience!

Easy access to beach

The balcony is as good as it gets!!!! My husband, myself and our dog spent a lot of time on it. There was no table big enough to eat meals at or we would have been out there all the time. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies. More than one dish towel would have been nice though. The bathroom is remodeled and clean. The ice maker was broken and I reported but management could not find anyone to fix it. The other guests were very friendly and respectful of privacy. Love the elevator. No problem with parking. Our first vacation in a condo building and we liked it fine. I would certainly recommend Coral Sands.

great balcony

the unit is exactly as pictured and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked. plenty of towels -- blankets -- and everything you need at the beach. Will be back next yr. Area is very dog friendly.

Beautiful view. Amenities below standard.

The kitchen appliances were below standard. Refrigerator ice maker did not function. This must have been a long standing problem because there was an ice tray in the freezer. The toaster was flimsy and burned the toast so we had to use the oven broiler for toast. The flooring had been updated but the join piece between bedroom and living room had been poorly installed and was a trip hazard. The lighting was out in the underground parking garage area and caused a trip hazard. In fact, my wife did trip and fall because she did not see the edge of the ramp near the elevator.

Great Place

We totally enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! Great location and still close enough to explore the surrounding cities. The unit was very clean and we loved the big balcony. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
