Very nice home, short walk to a private dock on the lake. Family friendly with lots of activities in the game room. Several paddle board and kayaks for use in the lake. Host had good communication with us. Would stay here again.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful lake house!!! Everything was exactly as described in the pictures. The house is located in a quiet and private neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It was very clean. The downstairs room with games was a plus with our adult children and us! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I previously read that other reviews were commenting on the steep walk to the water/lake. It is pretty steep but, just take your time. My 84 year old Father was able to get up and down. Just take it slowly. We enjoyed the kayaks and beautiful views from the deck. We can't say enough about this gorgeous house! You won't be disappointed!!!!!

Home is beautiful and has all the amenities. Only caveat, the pictures indicate the house is on flat land, at the lake's edge, and it is not. This home is not suitable for those with cardiac or pulmonary issues or those that require walking implements (cane/wheelchair); the incline from the lake to the house is very steep. I am an avid runner and the climb left me winded.

Great location

Lake house is in great location, clean, family oriented. Easy to get in contact with property manager, who is very helpful. We had a great family vacation.

Great house and location

Perfect house for families! Quiet cove lake access, paddle boards, canoes, and several fun game tables. Can’t wait to go again soon!

Beautiful lake james, great property

Very clean, beautiful location, house was well stocked, comfortable beds, nice dock, kayaks and paddle boards were a great addition to our stay. Definitely would return and recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful Property!

The home was very clean and well-equipped, and the internet connection was great! We enjoyed the views of the lake and forest off the back deck, as well as many walks down to the boat dock. The home and surrounding area are lovely, and we will be back often!

Ideal Family Spot

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. The house was spacious, clean and private, and equipped with what we needed to entertain ourselves and prepare all the food we brought. The cove was a nice surprise....perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing, and docking the boat we used to explore Lake James.

The house is not suitably located for senior citizens. The website should make a notation of this on the website. Lots of unlevel rocks going into the house . We are 84 and 82 years old and getting into the house was difficult for us. My husband walks with a rollater. Lovely house, great for a young family,

Great property, easy access to the lake.

New house, very clean. The walk to the dock was very easy and the cove was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed fishing from the dock. We will book again next year.

We used kayaks and paddle boards and fished . Had a big fire and made s’mores it was awesome!

Awesome Lake House

The home was extremely clean and well stocked!! Beds were super comfortable and downstair unfinished basement was great for kids to hang out. The only downside is long walk to the water, but covered dock was great!! We will stay again!!

Best Rental Property

We have stayed in many rental homes and I will say this one was the best we have stayed in. The home was exceptionally clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room to spread out and many game tables in the basement for our boys. There is not one negative comment I could say about this house, I highly recommend to anyone staying on Lake James.
