Chic 2-Bedroom Condo, Pool View, Modern Upgrades & Prime Location!

Hi Donna, thank you for your kind review, and I hope your husband is doing well in his recovery! I am glad our place worked well for his recovery, and we'd be happy to book you next time you come to visit your daughter! Thank you!

Hello to my favorite Canadians! Thank you so much for coming and staying at our condo, please let me know whenever you're ready to book next winter! P.S. I enjoyed chatting with Deb about Canada May you have a bountiful harvest this year!!

Hi Patrick, thank you so much for your great review! I am glad to hear you were happy with everything we provided. It was a pleasure meeting you, and please feel free to contact me for your next booking! Thanks, Jessy

Thank you so very much for the review, Linda! We will take your advice by adding a portable vacume to the unit. Thanks again.

Hi Muriel, I am so sorry for your issues during your stay. However, you were never without hot water, and were simply unhappy with how hot the water got. We have never had any complaints about water temperature and keep it at the legal temperature for rentals; of course we still had the handyman raise the temp for you. When the heater went out we worked as quickly as possible to organize a crew with a crane to pull the unit from the roof. In the meantime we left you space heaters for this smaller condo that kept the temp warm. The glass table was a solid piece, and we did see a large and heavy sewing machine on it when we dropped off the heaters, and we didn’t blame you for how such a large and heavy piece could have been broken. We sent someone over within 10 minutes to clean the glass and replace the table.

Hi William, we did an inspection before you checked in and did not notice any of these issues. I am a little confused by your review because I spoke to you on the phone a few different times and you never mentioned that you had any of these issues, on the contrary you said everything was good and you joked with me about everything going on with the lockdowns. I would have gladly taken care of any issues you had, that’s why I called to make sure everything was going ok. When you said you were checking out A few days early we spoke again and you never mentioned anything then either. Hope you had a safe trip home and are staying healthy.

Hi there! Thanks for such a kind review, and we would definitely love for you to stay at our place again!!

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the kind review! Yes, the pool is perfect 🤗. We did put a bigger bed in the second bedroom before your stay, which gives our guests a little bit more space to stretch out and get comfy! We also added a bigger couch that folds out into a bed in the living room. Thanks for staying the summer with us! We’d love to book you again anytime 😊 Thanks, Jessy

Hi there, thanks for the review. We would love to consider booking you again! Although, we were confused as to why all checkout policies were not followed. All lights and the thermostat were left on, and the door was not locked. Luckily we check the unit promptly after each guest leaves and were able to respond to these issues. It was still rather careless to do this to our property.

Hi Pat, thank you so much for your detailed review! It’s great to know you enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. Let us know when you’re ready to book again! Thanks, Jessy

Hi Paul, I’m sorry you feel you weren’t taken care of. Although, we provided absolutely everything you could have needed for your stay, and the pool was closed due to the HOA construction which was out of our hands, we were not properly noticed by the HOA when they began the construction. That is why we were unaware and unable to notify you of the pool closure. The other pool was just through the other end of the small complex, it wasn’t a long walk by any means. You can see from all our other reviews that we go above and beyond for all our tenants. It is not right to attempt to extort money from us for a proper review either.

Hi Ginger! Thank you for your kind review! I’m so happy to hear you enjoyed the condo, and also glad you enjoyed the slow cooker! We think it is a great edition to the condo ;-) Please feel free to stay with us again! Thanks, Jessy
